Roy was great!
Unfortunately our carpet was damaged in transit. Roy tried his best to organise a new carpet for us in time for our fitter but through no fault of his own this wasn't possible so he organised a small refund which we greatly appreciated! I think it probably made the difference between us not using carpet warehouse again in the future!

Just the carpet I wanted, for a great price
I found just the carpet I wanted for the price I was prepared to pay and was shown every example of good business service throughout. Carpet Warehouse's Customer Service team kept me informed about delivery date, who would be delivering and sent me prompts about any extra small tools I might need to help with the laying down of the gripper, the underlay and the fitting of the carpet. As it turned out I did not need these, but the consideration was appreciated. The carpet was fitted by my son and it looks wonderful.

Perfect!! So pleased with it
Ordered online, Everything seemed to go through fine, Made payment all seemed well. The next day we had a phone call, the carpet we ordered was unfortunately out of stock, so we were offer an alternative. which we excepted. Delivered on time, delivery men very helpful placed it exactly where we asked. Had to wait for it to be laid. The carpet is now down.. Perfect!! So pleased with it. Thank you
