I have used car plus previously and was straight forward I used them again recently and again a straightforward process from start to finish the advisor that u are assigned to his very efficient and professional I have been back and forth with different vehicles and they have been patient at all times once I found the right vehicle all paperwork was done and was all completed efficiently

Sully was so helpful. He listened & tailored both the finance & car choice according to my needs. He explained everything & ensured I understood everything as he explained it. He even checked if I could drive the car in London as I was concerned about the emissions charge. He called when he said he would & pushed through with the purchase when I made the decision to purchase the car. Sully & Mohammed (who dealt with my queries when Sully wasn’t available) were just so helpful, funny & very down to earth. Overall, a very professional team & a great experience. Car plus, your employee Mohsin Darhour is the one to keep. I have had such rough time trying to find funds for my balloon payment, man problem was, I have running DMP. Mohsin, was like a God sent. When I say Dylan (AKA Sanjay, AKA my brother from another mother) went above and beyond for my family, it doesn’t even begin to capture the heart he put into finding us a new car.

We’ve spoken nearly every day for months, as dealer after dealer let us down with false promises. I’ve lost count of the times he paused mid-conversation just to check how I was doing, knowing that I’m expecting our second child. As a busy working mother battling severe morning sickness, his genuine care meant the world. Thank you for calling even with a bad back while working from home and for making yourself available even on your day off.

I consider myself particularly shrewd and skeptical - I don’t appreciate being ‘schmoozed’ or pressured, and I wouldn’t have continued if I’d felt that way for a second. This was a truly refreshing experience. It speaks volumes that I know Dylan is a newlywed whose father loves traveling and who spent Valentine’s Day playing Monopoly with his wife!

But beyond the genuine care, the real reason I’m writing this glowing review is simple: my growing family now has a beautiful, safe and reliable car. One previous owner, full service history, immaculate condition.

I have tears in my eyes typing this. After two no-fault accidents in six months, having a safe, reliable car means everything. “Grateful” really doesn’t cut it, so I’ll simply say: thank you.

It was very good except from start to finish naz was great and picked up my car within 3 days

Getting the finance sorted was quick and straightforward, and initially the service seemed really good.
I collected the car late in the evening after travelling nearly 300 miles, so it was dark when I picked it up. The next day, in daylight, I noticed damage to the front bumper and number plate fitting that I hadn’t seen at collection.
I reported it straight away and was told they would speak to the garage and arrange repairs free of charge. Since then, it’s been about a month and I’ve heard very little back. I’ve had to chase things myself and contact the garage directly, who told me they had already said I could get a local repair quote and send it over — something the finance company never communicated to me.
I appreciate that the damage itself isn’t their fault, but better communication and follow-up would have made a big difference. The setup process was good, but the aftercare has been disappointing, which is why I’m leaving 3 stars.

Kam was excellent, helpful and really worked hard to find me the car I wanted, cannot thank him enough.

My agent Adam, was super helpful and patient when it came to finding the right car for me. I appreciated not being rushed or hounded down via phone, he went at my pace. He also went the extra mile for me when regarding getting a good deal. It was great speaking to him for the last two weeks, and I now how my new car parked in my drive… a happy girl! Thanks Adam!

I recently received car finance from Carplus.co.uk and it was seamless from start to finish. Freddie was very polite and friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. He went through all the options I had within my price range and managed to find me a make of car I've been wanting for a while! He listened and answered all my questions and even contacted the dealer with questions he didn't have the answer to. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this company!!

I broken down and with in 48hrs I had a new car thanks to Dylan Singh.
