The product is decent - pretty much what I thought it would be. Instructions were scant - diagrams to appeal to multi- national customers - not the suppliers fault and got there in the end. I’m sure despatch times fall within the company claims, but coming from Ireland it took a while to reach me. Unlike other reviewers I felt communication from the company was pretty good throughout. Ordering from one company, having it despatched by a second and paying a third, does not instil confidence!!! Like others, I had moments when I thought I had made a serious error. Turned out ok though.

Perfect. Easy to order and arrived swiftly. Well packaged and exactly what I wanted. Would recommend.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but overall great service with keeping me updated about said delivery delays. Product was exactly what I needed, fitted like a dream, I ordered bars for my nissan qashqai 12 plate without raised rails. The website guided me to the exact products compatible with my car. Great results.

Awful company. Not uk based but used a virtual postcode in london to pretend they are exporting from the UK. Customer service a joke. 5 star warning to avoid.

I didn't do my due diligence with this company and am kicking myself. Ordered nearly £500 worth of items on a Monday, needed for the following Monday, as it was 48 hour delivery. As others have said I found out it isn't a UK based company and would be no chance of 48 hour delivery! we're now over a week later and upon looking at my tracking from parcel force they haven't even left the originating country!! No email addresses, no telephone numbers and no customer service. Avoid!!

Excellent quality, easy to choose the right product.

Item arrived but parts missing. One response asking for info and then heard nothing else back. Seems like they’re impossible to get hold of in the event of any issue. I ordered on a whim and didn’t research first but I wish I did..

Easy to navigate and order the right product. Delivered in a timely manner.
Had an email regarding possible import duties (I assume VAT) from royal mail which created a little confusion, as the roof bars were despatched from Ireland to the UK. Perhaps make it clear in your website regarding this. (I did not have to pay extra as it turned out)

Very quick delivery,excelent quality which didn’t ruin your wallet,and quick delivery.Definitely will used them again if I will need roof racks.

The roof rack arrived without any keys. I don’t think I can even install it without the keys. There’s probably no possibility of getting this in time for when I need it now so I will return it and source from somewhere more local (this was shipped to UK from Ireland so took over a week due to customs)

Update: it seems now they expect me to pay to have the product shipped back to them. Incredible, as it is a faulty product.

Ordered Thule roof bars from Car Racks UK, they took the money out of my bank account, but did not send order confirmation! Contacting their customer service and did not hear anything back from them. Fortunately, my bank returned all the money back to me. Avoid this website, looks like it is UK based, but is actually based in Ireland so not a UK stockist or seller which they do not advertise clearly despite the name 'Car Racks UK'.

The roof bars will be too late to arrive for my holiday. They quote 48hr delivery. i couldn't upgrade to get fast delivery. I tried to cancel but you cant. They are based in Dublin although called carracks.co.uk and have a UK address. There are no telephone numbers. Ive been told I will have to pay import duties. The whole thing is set up just to get your money. Massively annoyed and disappointed.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, bought 2 dog guards, both fitted easily and well up to the job, delivery took a bit longer than expected as coming from Ireland to South England

Ordered on the 30th of March a pair of roof bars and despite stating it will take 4-6 days we eventually had partial delivery on the 10th of April. Requested a tracking number and was provided one on a different mickgarage.com website that didn't and still doesn't work. The box arrived damaged and what was included were the ends of the roof bars but not the actual roof bars themselves and it was marked as damaged delivery with the delivery guy. All captured on ring.com The actual ends were in Thule boxes full of sellotape that clearly meant those were not new but possibly returns. Reported the problem with photos and suggested that the delivery company lost the roof bars but the box stated it was only one package. Luckily all is on video that shows the box was not big enough to hold the roof bars. Responded and requested a refund and arrange for collection of the incomplete kit. Since then I have sent multiple emails and messages via their website and not a single response, nothing, nada. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. I have just sent them an email stating if I don't hear from them then I will take it with my credit card to claim back my nearly £300. It's an awful experience for something that should be easy. Also this is NOT a UK business despite the fact that they provide a London UK address. I found out today that there is a customs charge of £80.32. The business model is based on dishonesty and poor service. My advice is to avoid at all costs!!!

The car racks came well packaged, with clear instructions of how to fit them. I have not used them yet but I feel confident that they will be easy to fit.

Delivered quickly and for the money a decent quality roof rack. Ideal for my purposes as an occasional rack

The roof bars were delivered on time and well packed. They were easy to fit and seem like good quality. And the price was reasonable, a lot cheaper than other makes.
