Sadly we found the towels too small and are dissatisfied, apart from the embroidery which is beautiful.
I would have appreciated that the salesperson, Jeanne, we dealt with in Montreal explain that the size we bought (70 x 120 cm) is not large enough for an adult coming out of a bath or a shower. She saw my husband who is 6ft tall and we also told her that we were buying towels for our adult sons (those towels we ended up getting on line because, among other reasons, the store here didn't get the right colours). But even for me (I am 5ft 7in) the towel is not a comfortable size!
A big disappointment!
I would like to get my money back and be able to Buy towels that are a reasonable size.

Very nice colours, NEO terracotta looks particularly chic, it’s like bringing Tuscany to Montreal in winter. Love it, Loro Piana in the bedroom.

Replacement towels
We originally bought a set of these towels a while back. After much loving use, they were finally showing some wear and tear from drying our hands with the hand towels in exactly the same place! We needed new hand towels. Ordering online was super easy, delivery was fast and efficient and the towels arrived fluffy and plush!
