Very friendly sales staff (Brad) and excellent pricing!

Previously ordered a product that unfortunately was cancelled after stock ran out, contacted representatives and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond; product ordered arrived quickly.

BPH indicated to me that the HRV I chose would not be available until the next week and offered me an upgrade at no extra charge. HRV and humidistat arrived on time and in good condition. Their price and selection blow the big box stores out of the water. HRV is installed now and was a breeze to balance as per the videos. I am very pleased with this unit.

Very helpful advice! Crucial, in fact, as the part I needed said, "...not compatible with all models." The staff member with whom I communicated was able to verify that it would work with mine, and it does; like a charm!

Item came as described. Quick delivery. More expensive than buying local, however BPH had it in stock. If the price was more on par with local prices I would have gave it 5 stars.

Was glad to find a Navilink Lite from a Canadian supplier. Quick processing and communication. Reasonable delivery time through Canada Post, and was trackable. I would definitely order from BPH sales again.

Questioned an item if it was compatible with my unit swich came back positive. Upon receiving unit and trying it, it failed to work since a circuit board was also requiered but not mentioned. According to their policy I was not eligble for a refund even so the unit was never used and I only was able to tell that from trying to use it. Still a brand new unit with no issues, however due to policies I am not entiteled to a refund. Very inflexibel for customer satisfaction. I am out $180.00 and also am not getting a reply for sending me the unit back. Dissapoinint.

I mistakenly ordered an item, and although the return process took some time, customer service ultimately resolved the issue. I am leaving a positive review as a result. I recommend reading the return policy before making a purchase.

No invoice was sent for the product, poor communication, no estimated time for arrival for the product. would not recommend this company nor would i use them again in the future.

They had exactly what I was looking for in a replacement furnace. It was a lot cheaper than shopping locally, and the shipping was quick. I talked directly with the staff, and he was very helpful and prompt to return my call after confirming the stock item availability.
