Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered €112 worth of food and I am missing €15 worth of items and after 1 week of messaging them, they are refusing to deliver the missing items and won't tell me why.
They claim they have refunded me for all the missing items which is not true so I have had to file a claim with Paypal to recover my money.
I hope Carrefour rot in hell.

A Scam!
I placed an order through Carrefour online on the 7th of November. On the 14th of November I received a message to say that the product was en route to me. When it had not arrived by the 17th of September I wrote to ask what the issue was and they advised me it would arrive this week. It has still not arrived and the tracking details that I was given are no longer valid.
Carrefour tell me I need to contact the merchant directly but will give me no contact details.
The merchant, El Almacen de Colchon is impossible to contact. No one picks up the telephone or replies to the email address I found online.
The delivery agent, Envialia, say they have no knowledge of the delivery. That is not with them.
I will be reclaiming the money I paid.

I purchased an air conditioner and installation service online and asked to contact me by email, but customer service still called me and made unrealistic service promises, and the trucking company employed by the store has a very bad attitude , I can accept waiting, but do not accept deception and discrimination, spend money to enjoy service, not waste time, there will be no second purchase, never

I placed an order on Nov 4 and received…
I placed an order on Nov 4 and received it on Nov 5 with missing items. I called them within a mins of receiving my item so that the delivery guy could check if he left it in the van by mistake. The made a complain, gave me a ref # and that was it. I called Nov 8 and was told someone will contact me as a complain takes 4 days or something like that. Couldn't hear clear as there was alot of static from the other end, same on the 5th when I called. After no response still, I contacted them through watsapp today Nov 10. Filled in order number and email address and was told to wait in a queue. Soon after someone messaged to say "hi how may I help you" as soon as I typed I placed and order and received missing item, I got another message saying "hi, happy afternoon" by this time I was typing the issue and the complaint number I was given on Nov 5. After no on responded, I said hello. No answer. Then sent a few question Mark's and still no answer.
Until now, no answer. This was my first time buying online from carrefour and I was impressed with how easy it was and how fast delivery was. But now I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE AFTER SERVICE RECEIVED. WILL NEVER RWCOMMEND CARREFOUR ONLINE
Literally never order online with them
Ordered online in the morning and it said for a 5-8pm delivery. 9pm came and no one had contacted me and the phone line and contact us box online didn’t work. Finally got a call from the driver to confirm my address at 10pm and he said it would be delivered at 1am! It arrived earlier at about 11pm but the courier was rude and shouted at me in Arabic when he arrived and I literally have no idea what he was saying. It came in so many plastic bags and for one of the replacement items they had given me a plastic tray (which just looked like the lid off a box) instead of a dish rack which was of no use. Won’t be ordering from Carrefour again.
awful fruits and vegetables
I bought some tomatoes from carrefouronline and I needed to throw half of them at the bin. They were like green woods within and not having any taste at all. The price is still as high as always just like buying good products...

I have order groceries from Carrefour in UAE .. first time received different item .. I have emailed them didn't get any response.. today also placed an order and I got a call tell me they will replace it with another item I told them I don't want the item .. I want refund on this item and still they send me the other item.

Late delivery, missing items & no Share points
I used to be happy shopping online using the Carrefour app or webstore but that was that time they had My Club instead of Share.
I stopped using the app after a bad experience. Very late delivery and a lot of missing items which were not out of stock at the time that I paid for them.
Share points were also not showing and not credited as well.
Contacted them no one is answering the call or even the inquiry sent via their app.
Carrefour City Center you suck.
So I go back to Carrefour City Center Bahrain. I wanted to buy a laptop. After deciding on the one I wanted, i just walked out went to Lulu and bought it from them. So Carrefour you lost 330 bd but I guess you make so much money you dont need mine. By the way this is my second review in two days. The attitude of the staff reflects the management/leadership of that store.
