Recently completed on our property purchase with Carr Estates, dealt with Phil and Hannah and the whole process was seamless, both are knowledgeable, compassionate and really looked after us. Even when the mini budget caused problems in the chain, Phil and Hannah were calm and helpful, we are very grateful to both of them for everything and would recommend them in an instant.

Selling our quirky, listed home was always going to be challenging and so it proved. Hannah had to use all of her professional expertise and interpersonal skills to encourage the whole chain to completion-nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent; we felt we could trust her judgement and we always had a realistic, honest picture of any issues. Her advice included recommending surveyors and solicitors, who also made the process run smoothly. I am sure that Hannah's knowledge of the housing market, particularly older properties, meant that we found the perfect buyers for our home. I highly recommend Carr Estates.

Hannah set up a WhatsApp group for communication between us all and this was such a great way for everyone to communicate and share information in an efficient and speedy way. I was so impressed with this simple but hugely effective way to keep in touch.

There were a number of challenges during the process and Hannah went out of her way to ensure that these challenges were resolved and kept the whole process on track. At a particularly tricky point, Hannah picked up some documents from solicitors, got them signed by the relevant people and then hand-delivered back to the solicitors!
