Brilliant. We couldn't have been happier with the way our house was sold. I don't just mean excellent marketing, great sales work and getting a good price. That's what I'd hope for from any estate agent and it's certainly what we got but Hannah and Carr Estates managed so much more. Personal, personable, and efficient... just brilliant! From our initial discussion and filming a walk-through video, through completion, Hannah's personal approach has made us feel like we are her main priority. For example, when things were stalling elsewhere in the chain (which they did, a couple of times) she was in our corner, keeping us up to date, chasing daily (if not more often at times) working hard on our behalf to get issues resolved.
