Worst service I will say, inspection wise they will do very thoroughly but after that I took their sell pro subscription and they offered some price which is very low and now I am not getting any other bids and even I don't see any option in app to reject company offer and to get new one. Their customer service are not at all responding, even did email to their escalation team but still no response.
So now there main business is the subscription amount which we pay and do nothing after that.

Very poor experience with CARS24. It has been more than 10 months, and my vehicle is still not transferred.

For the last 4 months, I have been continuously following up with their team, but there has been no proper response or seriousness from their side. Every time they give false assurances, but no actual resolution.

Now they are unable to transfer the vehicle as per their own policy, and even after requesting them to return my car, there is no action taken.

This kind of service clearly shows how unprofessional and irresponsible the organization is. I would strongly advise others to be careful before dealing with them.

If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to take legal action.

Highly disappointed.

I purchased a vento and it is in workshop for last three months from 6 months of purchase

The sale person ran 08610055971 is a super fraud . Doesn’t pick calls and zero communication and I ended up paying extra when I when for delivery and he was not available

The wonderful useless team came after i wrote the above review and then did an inspection and took th entire expense of the workshop and addition that i spend on car and then i got a call telling it is not covered under warranty. This nonsense response was what i should have expected from frauds. But as a customer i am aware it is not covered under warranty . The vehicle had complaint from the day one , delivery day the vehicle didnt start . PEOPLE STOP BUYING CARS FROM CARS 24. YOU MAY SELL TO THEM COS THEY ARE EXPERTS IN CHEATING PEOPLE AND SELLING FAULTY VEHICLES TO PEOPLE.

Selling a car which was faulty and then speaking about some weird warranty is not solution. I wrote my review and your team came up with calls inspection etc
I had given the vehicle to a workshop which you were not even aware of , your team came up with some compensation plan and wasted three hours of mine in the workshop.

Worse experiance from car24 Sarai Faridabad team, Hemant the supervisor was absolute stupid. They really dont know what is professionalism and how to treat customers. The took car on test drive and in middle of the road started driving zig zag and the person was eating gutka and spitting while driving. He even started doing inspection on the road side outside our apartment, without i taking any consent.

STAY AWAY FROM CARS24 INDIA. THEY'RE THE SCAMMERS.

They gave a very generous range in beginning and asked for a free inspection. The inspection guy visited and quoted the same range verbally and asked to purchase an auction plan. After purchasing the premium action plan their final price went drastically down. Their call center executive said that their system is showing a whole revised range now.

We discussed that the inspection guy quoted similiar range as it was told to us in beginning but they're talked pretty rudely and said this would be final price from their side.

The bid handler guy Manish Bhadoriya has no sense about how to talk to customers.

Finally, stay away from this guys at any cost. Their 2 auction plans are merely for milking money from customers kinda scheme, nothing else.

My recent experience with CARS24 has been extremely disappointing.

I paid approximately ₹1200 for the auction service—something I did willingly, without hesitation. To be clear, I am not seeking a refund. What concerns me more is the overall decline in the quality of service and the way the process is handled now compared to earlier years.

Over time, I have noticed a significant deterioration in their service standards and modus operandi. Instead of receiving genuine value from the auction process, I was met with persistent calls pushing me to sell my vehicle at a considerably lower price than expected. This defeats the very purpose of opting for an auction-based platform.

It feels misleading to charge users in the name of facilitating a competitive auction and then not deliver the expected outcome. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before opting for such paid services without clear value.

I genuinely feel sorry to see how much the platform has declined. I hope CARS24 reflects on this and works towards rebuilding trust and transparency.

You say too much when you first tell me, but then you say less after the inspection is over. If that's the case, how can I do sell my car with you?

I’ve been searching for a used car on CARS24, but my experience has been very disappointing. The platform rated me very low (around 20%) to sellers, which makes it difficult for genuine buyers to be taken seriously. Because of this, sellers don’t seem to give proper attention to buyers who are genuinely looking for a good car.
I’m also unhappy with the response from direct sellers on the platform. In many cases, there’s little to no response when trying to arrange a test drive, making the whole process frustrating and a waste of time. Overall, the experience with CARS24 has been extremely poor.

Third class company. Horrible experience. My car was inspected by Cars24 person. This is my inspection no. 10394361769. He suggested to pay Ra.1178 and the car will go into daily auction for better rates. I paid this money under the hopes that I will get premium buyers. It is almost 10 days now, I have been contacting daily with cars24, but every day they are giving excuses. They asked to put a email. I did that, but no response. Their customer care team is extremely bad to talk.

They should be called Chors24…

Please be aware ... Don't list you car in cars24 and don't pay any extra charges for high sell prices. They say that if car not sold them they will refund total amount. But amount is not refunded and no one will contact you after that. So you can post you add for free but do not pay any charge despite any assurance .

This is fake and fraud company. They first ask u free inspection and then asked me for registration on auction portal. This is all fraud they do. I have never received any call, neither good offer. Low budget offer, even fools will not accept. Please avoid this company at any cost. It is fraud.

Avoid this company; they are a total scam. I listed my car on OLX, and they used fake accounts to lure me in as buyers. During the inspection, they pressured me into paying for a "guaranteed" auction service, promising a refund if the car didn't sell. They never paid me back.
They block direct contact with real buyers and intentionally devalue your car with harsh inspections just to flip it for a profit. Don't fall for their trap.

I had Worst experience with car 24.car24 is really a big scam.first they assure u about car condition n make us to pay extra 40000 for warranty. Within 20days I got major issue of transmission issue , clutch , steering.They made me replace steering n clutch cost around 35000 with my money and still there is a problem in AMT transmission cost around 1 lakh n they say it doesn't come under warranty.i just faced all these problems in 20days.they just sell defected vehicles .they don't even response to ur calls n messages..I suggest every one don't go for car 24

I had a very disappointing experience with Cars24.

They conducted an inspection of my car and then asked me to pay ₹499 to proceed with bidding. However, the price I received was shockingly low — almost comparable to cars that have done nearly twice the kilometers of mine. There was no logical justification or transparency in the valuation.

What made it worse was the customer service. The support team lacked professionalism, showed no willingness to engage or negotiate, and didn’t address my concerns meaningfully.

Overall, the process felt misleading and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend Cars24 based on my experience.

Followup on 29th March:
That said, after I raised the issue publicly, the Cars24 social media team did step in and refunded the bidding fee as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my experience with the CARS24 platform.
I received a call from customer care stating that my car inspection would be done free of cost. Based on that, I agreed to proceed. An inspection executive from CARS24 visited and inspected my car. After inspection, he informed me that:
My car condition is very good
It will be sold quickly
Later, he told me that the inspection was completed, but to submit the report, I need to purchase the Pro Seller Pack. He clearly stated that only after making the payment, he would process and submit the inspection report; otherwise, the inspection would be cancelled.
Trusting his words, I paid ₹824.82 (₹699 + tax) for the Pro Seller Pack.
However, after the payment and report submission, my car was given a low rating of 3.4, which is completely unexpected and unfair considering the actual good condition of my car.
When I contacted the inspection executive, he said that he had given a good report but the company reduced the rating, and asked me to contact the company directly.
This situation is very disappointing and feels misleading.
I request:
A proper explanation for the low rating
A review and correction of my car’s rating
Clarification on why I was asked to pay after being told inspection was free
Full refund of ₹824.82, as I was misled into purchasing the Pro Seller Pack
Appropriate action regarding this misleading process
I hope for a quick resolution.

Quoted very less price than market price. Inspection guy charged Rs. 899+ gst saying car pricing will be displayed all India basis. The dedicated customer executive spoke very rashly and cut the phone. Now customer call centre executive had blocked my phone no. Very bad service.

Had an Effortless buying and selling experience . It is a reliable and easy to use app .

I purchased a car from Cars24, and at the time of purchase, they sold me an warranty plan. However, they never informed me that the car already had an active manufacturer warranty.

Whenever I faced any issue, Cars24 support simply denied coverage, saying the problem was not included in their warranty. Later, when I visited the authorized service center of the car’s manufacturing company, I found out that my car was already covered under the company’s warranty.

This clearly shows that Cars24 misled me and sold a warranty plan unnecessarily. They claim to have proper inspection (PDI) reports, but in reality, it seems they don’t verify things properly and just push warranty plans to customers.

I requested a refund for the warranty, but the car24 team refused. This feels like a complete fraud. The ironic part is that the same issue, which Cars24 denied, is being properly fixed at the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

My advice to others:
If you are buying a BS6 car, always check and opt for the manufacturer’s extended warranty directly instead of buying from Cars24. The company warranty covers more parts and provides reliable service through authorized service centers, unlike Cars24’s limited and unreliable network.

Very disappointing experience.
