Worst car dealers I faced in my life. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Their internal communication appears extremely disorganized, resulting in an excessive number of repeated calls—often 20 to 40 per day—about the same matter, including inappropriate calls as late as 9 PM. Although I declined their offer politely due to it being significantly below market value, they continued to contact me despite multiple requests to stop. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you value professionalism and peace of mind.

Don't trust cars24, even though vehicle in good condition but not washed, they will consider it as not in good condition and try to fix a price as much as low...very worst my car is in best condition, the same car I sold out for 2.5 lakhs and cars24 giving false reports such as condition was worst, even with engine etc and quoted for 1,29000...worst experience..

I have purchased a i20 diesel 2013 model from Cars24 and my delivery experience wasn't so good and after purchase i got some mechanical issues in my car but in 30 days of warranty it was a wonderful experience. They assigned a warranty buddy Mr. Vijay Patil for my car and he completely understood my concern. He kept me inforn what's mecahnical work going to be perform on my car and he did a fabulous job by resolving my issues and delivered a great experience. Thank you so much Mr. Vijay Patil and thank you Cars24 for such a great after sales service. Really appreciate.

I bought 2014 i20 petrol magna from Cars24. My initial buying experience was not good as car showed issues in first week of usage. However using 30 days warranty I was impressed by after sales service when they addressed issues within 2 days and got back my car again in good condition. Special thanks to Vijay Patil for prompt action and delivering a great after sales support.

I registered my Mercedes-Benz for sale on CARS24 and was asked to pay a premium amount of ₹1,652 (including GST) with the assurance that I would receive a good sale price within 15 days, failing which the amount would be fully refunded.

My experience with Cars24 has been terrible... If you want to sell your car, I would say never trust Cars24. I had a very bad experience with them. Last week, I got my car inspected by Cars24, and the inspector gave an estimate of around ₹2 lakhs for my car and suggested buying their Sales Pro package (₹699 + GST) with unlimited auctions on their pan-India platform for a better price. But after buying that package, I realized it was just a scam by Cars24 to make money. I only got one auction for just 2 hours and received very low offers. When I tried for another auction, they demanded another ₹500. (Even though I had purchased the unlimited auction package.) And when I saw my car's inspection report, I was shocked; very few details were updated correctly. For example, I had a spare key, but they updated that there was no spare key... The tires were 95% new, but they updated it as only 70%. Cars24 deliberately updates incorrect information so that they can buy the car at a lower price. And the executives who call to negotiate the price are very rude.

Cars24 has once again proven why they are one of the best and most trustworthy second-hand car dealers. Their after-sales service is truly outstanding.
I had an issue with a noise coming from the rear boot door (dickey) of my car. After registering the complaint, the problem was resolved within 24 hours, which is extremely impressive and shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
A special thanks to Badrishbhai and Prashantbhai, who personally handled the service. They were polite, professional, skilled, and very supportive. They carefully inspected the issue, applied proper lubrication, and fixed the problem smoothly. The car now feels much better and noise-free.

They evaluated my car and they took Rs.470/- Their offer price was much lower the market price. Whereas their used car prices are high. When asked I was told by their representative that they are not doing any charity service. As advertised you can't get good price.

MH03BW9294 purchased from cars 24 Mulund, Mumbai. More than 3 months RC book not received -RTO Thane is asking where is receipt of submission of transfer fee pappers otherwise it's difficult to find out RC.
Very bad service after sales from Cars24-no one is picking phone. Their agen for doing RC transfer is very unprofessional.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I received from CARS24.
Your platform claims to provide transparent pricing and proper guidance, but my experience was completely opposite. New cars are offered at approximately 7% charges, while old cars are being sold at nearly 12%, which clearly indicates excessive commission being deducted for your own benefit.
There was no proper guidance, no customer support assistance, and no clarity in the process. Apart from the name of “service,” nothing meaningful was provided. The entire experience felt misleading and unfair.
Such practices seriously damage customer trust. I request a detailed explanation of the charges applied in my case and expect corrective action at the earliest.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further.

Pathetic service , they are calling you to get the money out of your pocket, they can't sell your car, so dont use it , its better to contact local dealer
