Absolutely disgrace

Absolutely disgrace. Very unprofessional overall. Pre booked to look a car 2 days before and agreed. Also double checked on the morning of appointment before travel. I travelled an hour to location, then to be told the car is not available as it is out on a test drive with a whole saler and don't know when it's coming back. So despite my appointment was told first come, first serve with no form of apology. Location was incorrect as advertised on their website. Was sent a text for the instructions on the same day of travel. I wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle as the owner was very vague in description of cars and prices

Unprofessional, avoid.

Tried to a buy a car from them and nothing but grief trying to contact them, no response 90% of the time, looked on here and noticed their negative reviews so blocked them. Then start getting spammed by them from all different numbers, swearing, threats, saying they’ve got my address which is unfortunately true as they were supposed to be organising delivery.

Avoid them like the plague.

Avoid This Seller

Avoid This Seller –

I bought a Volkswagen Polo (09 plate) about a month ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble. First off, I still haven’t received the logbook, which is already frustrating. But the real issues started with the car itself.

The EPC light keeps coming on, as well as the battery light. Not long after buying it, the car completely broke down. I took it to a garage, and when they ran a diagnostic, it showed multiple faults.

The car was advertised as having a 12-month warranty, but I wasn’t given any warranty at all. Now I’m stuck with a car that’s unreliable and no proper support from the seller.

If you’re thinking of buying from this seller, be careful. My experience has been nothing but stress, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.
