Emily is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We have just bought our second car seat from her (our little one has outgrown their infant seat) as we were so impressed with the support and aftercare we received the first time round. I would highly recommend visiting Emily when looking for a car seat.

As my little boy hit the weight limit on his current seat at 3years old I knew I wanted to keep him rear facing much longer, Emily was super helpful telling me which seats would be most long lasting, as well as allowing up to try them! After making my decision she showed me how to install the seat into my car and answered all my questions!! Extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to any parents needing new seats or car seat advice!

We've visited Car Seat Plus last weekend (plus point for being open on the weekend). Emily was very helpful and friendly. She tried a few seats in our car to see how they fit and explained all the differences between them. I asked so many questions and there wasn't any she couldn't answer. We're just deciding between 2 before purchasing.
I'd highly recommend visiting this place before you buy a seat to make sure it is the right fit for your car and more importantly a comfy fit for your little one.

I highly recommend Car Seats Plus. Emily accommodated our limited free time and was able to give us lots of detail about the car seats I was interested in and confidently spoke about changes and current research which was so helpful in my decision making. Not only this, Emily also was seeing to another family, installing some seats.
I wanted my little lady to sit in the seats and the shop has a model chair to install the seats to. She picked up straight away that my little lady was reluctant to communicate about her thoughts on the seat so gave a bit of space and came back.
The shop has an area to pull the car into and the showroom has doors to separate these parts and a few toys and soft mat to keep little ones occupied.

We visited Emily on Wednesday to get a new car seat for our 1 year old son and Emily was so helpful! She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, super patient (when I asked the same questions about 100 times!). You can tell Emily really cares about what she does and offers. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We visited Emily today to purchase a new car seat for our son who was reaching the limit on his existing seat.
Emily was really knowledgeable about the car seats and gave us all the information we needed to make our choice.
The location is perfect for trying seats in the car as you can drive straight into the unit, we were protected from the rain and had plenty space to have the car doors wide open to take the seats we tried in and out.

I can’t recommend Car Seats Plus highly enough! I have a small car and was convinced I’d need to upgrade to a bigger one to fit two extended rear-facing seats for my baby and toddler. Emily was absolutely amazing and spent two hours with me, trying different options to find the perfect setup. Not only did she ensure there was enough space for my children, but she also managed to maximize the legroom in the front, which was important because I’m very tall.

One thing to note: be sure to book a consultation in advance. It’s mentioned on the website (which I missed), but it’s worth it for the personalized service.

We visited Emily to get my 4.5 yr old an extended rear facing car seat. The online booking system is convenient and even when I had to change my appointment Emily replied to my message promptly. Although the show room is further for us than others, we chose Car Seats Plus because of specific seats that were available to view. After discussing our needs my daughter tried a few and instantly fell in love with the Be Safe Stretch. Emily was so patient with us when we over run our appointment time and we were able to leave with our new seat fitted in the car. We left with two very happy parents and an extremely happy 4 year old with her new car seat.

Great service from Emily when I wanted to purchase a new car seat for my newborn. I loved the fact you could try the baby in the seat and the seat in your car as well to check the fit. I feel confident that we’ve got a reasonably priced car seat which will last for a few years and it was invaluable having Emily show me how to fit it properly in the car.

The setup is great, being able to take your car into the unit is so helpful, it was raining when I arrived! The showroom itself is so lovely, with a space on the floor to put my youngest daughter to have a play whilst we finished everything off. I sort of had an idea of what I wanted and Emily did her best to make that work rather than having a preconceived idea of what would be better for my setup, which I was so grateful for! We could not recommend Emily at car seat plus Fakenham high enough - from the moment of initial communication to having our seat fitted the service was faultless. Emily was very quick to reply and informative via emails and then for our to our first appointment she was incredibly helpful going through seat options and allowing us to try them out in our car - which was really important to us to make sure it could fit comfortably for our child and for others in the car. Emily was patient, very knowledgeable and demonstrated installation clearly how to fit the sit safely. We would highly recommend Car Seats Plus, especially for help with picking extended rear facing seats which felt a bit of minefield and appreciate Emily's service.

Emily was very knowledgeable in helping us choose an infant carrier for our second baby. She showed us a variety of options and took time to show us the installation and how to adjust the seat as they grow. Quick and easy to get an appointment. Emily is extremely knowledgeable, and patient with two hot a cranky kids! We opted for delivery, rather than fit on the day, and the car seat arrived swiftly. There are plenty of options to choose from for Swedish tested, extended rear facing. Highly recommend.

We visited Car Seat Plus this week to find a new seat for our baby due soon. Emily was extremely helpful showing us the different options in and out of the car. We’ve just bought our second car seat from Emily for our 11 month old. Easy to book the appointment and she was responsive to messaging. Gave us lots of really good advice and tried multiple seats in our car to ensure we got the right one for us and our girl. She also fitted the seats for us and gave us in depth demonstrations to ensure we knew how to adjust and fit them ourselves. I very highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
