I have direct screenshots from my time as an agent with the Ting platform showing that I was instructed to “purchase” a car from Kearys Carestore in Dublin, then receive a refund and a commission, and leave a positive review. This process was specifically used to boost their sales numbers and online ratings. Based on my firsthand involvement, I do not trust this dealership or the reviews associated with it. There has been no response from them in regards to my trying to contact them.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendly service I received from Shaun at the Limerick showroom . Shaun made the whole experience both a pleasure and easy , he explained all the important bits in a very clear manner to help me make a final decision on the car I wanted to buy . Alan was great to deal with in the carstore. He was very informative and did his best to give us a great deal on a stunning car. Warren held all the documentation with professionalism and overall the process was a breeze. I would recommend the carstore to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

I couldn't thank Nicole in the Service Centre Reception enough. I had a problem with my car that an independent mechanic could not fix. Kearys stood over my 1 year warranty I had after purchasing my car with them, booked me in straight away and had the issue sorted in as little as 20 minutes! Nicole is always so welcoming and full of knowledge. I would highly recommend!

There was a minor issue with the car and the garage took it back and delivered it back within hours in perfect condition. Very supportive and reliable customer service and support. Delighted with my purchase.

The wrong vehicle was delivered to me with a faulty engine. Three days of calls to Carstore in Dublin has not resolved the problem. Promises for the sales manager to call me back never materialise. In fact no one has ever called me back!!

Mark & Warren were absolute Gents in helping us get our next car, our first EV.

Small issue for NCT as I missed re-test due to previous holiday plans and car store availability, not only did carstore fix small issue but offered to refund NCT as I had to re-book full test. From buying the car to follow on customer service, Carstore have been great to deal with
