I contacted cartel.ie with a number of queries relating to a potential car purchase. The service was excellent (very fast and professional). The staff really engaged with my concerns and were extremely helpful.

Donal was fantastic today, I was contacted within a couple of hours of my email being sent and my account was activated within 10 minutes. First time buyer and ran a report. Had to call in as didn’t understand report. Spoke to Colette who went through the report with me and explained the mileage, damage and also things to beware of before buying a second hand car. Great service and thanks to Colette who was very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend doing a check!

I wanted a mileage number on a car I was offered so entered a low number just to check against. This is the number that was then listed on the report - does not give actual accurate mileage on the report.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT A* I ordered a full 3 star report from cartell.ie and noticed a mileage discrepancy... I made a quick call to the company and customer service advisor Geraldine went out of her way to trace the milage for me. I can now buy my car with confidence with the extra information.
