Friendly service, lots of information povided with suggestions but no pushy salesmen. Alternatives offered and we were given plenty of time left to ourselves to explore, discuss and make up our minds.

Tbf when the one salesperson reslisedi was not going to pay £4000 + for a mattress he passed it over to someone else not really helpful yes I did purchase

Gail Wilson and her colleague were excellent in assisting my son to find which mattress suited him better with guidance for the positioning of a pillow. She also showed him the different drawer set ups and then the ottoman to help with ease and access to the storage available for him to consider. He looked at a headboard that would suit him by trying them out.
He made a decision on everything that we bought with a better educated understanding.

This has been an excellent eperieince from start to finish, The Shop staff were patient, informative, and thoughtful in their advice. We got a good price. The delivery team were polite, efficient and did not balk at our request for the furniture to be carried upstairs. They even broght down our old sofa for us. Excellent all round and a quality product.

Knowing of the product was great

We were looking for a small two seater settee and from our previous experience we knew that we wanted G-Plan.
Carters have a very good selection and we found the settee that we had selected was very comfortable.
There was no sales pressure, only help. We got a very good price and waited a few days and then tried the settee again. We were then ready to order and we were quoted 4-6 week delivery.

Didn't matter how many I returned with my husband n my lovely niece i knew i wasn't going anywhere else n halfway round the country looking for furniture. No pressure from staff at all
We were able to walk around the store and look at the furniture to our hearts content but there was always a staff member available to answer any questions we had

The bed we purchased looks fabulous, is so comfortable and exceptional value for money.
