From the moment I went into the store I felt welcome.
Sally was kind, helpful and professional I cannot fault the service I received.
I would highly recommend anyone that needs something extra from their furniture due to their health please visit this store first before you make any decisions.
I have purchased an adjustable bed and I am really looking forward to it's delivery and I feel very confident that it will come to me as they have stated and I will be able to get a really good night's sleep for the first time in a very long time.
Please don't be put off by the beds you see when you walk in as they can provide so much more.

Our overall experience with Carter’s was amazing. The minute we walked in the showroom you could tell the quality of the products they sell. Actually the first sofa we saw we purchased! We also purchased several solid oak pieces of furniture, including a beautiful dining room table, chairs & a bench. The service we received from Malcolm Stringer was excellent. He was very polite & friendly & very knowledgeable. Also he left us to browse for ourselves. He was not pushy in the slightest (which we detest). He only came over asking us if we needed a tape measure lol. Overall a fantastic company.

We have been a customer here for many years. They are very helpful and give great discounts at sale times. Good quality furniture and great choice. Prices are very competitive. We live a reasonable distance away so delivery costs play apart in where we shop. Found this company very reasonable. For a small fee will take old sofas away too.
