I ordered a product from this shop on…

I ordered a product from this shop on November 28, 2025.
According to the tracking information, the parcel was marked as delivered on December 10, 2025 – however, I never received it.
The signature provided as proof of delivery is not mine.
I contacted the seller multiple times over several months. At first, they kept delaying the process and shifting responsibility to the delivery company. Later, they claimed an investigation was ongoing.
Despite repeated requests for updates (April 4th, April 16th, and April 20th), I have received no response anymore.
The issue has now been ongoing for several months without any resolution or refund.
I have also submitted the full communication history to the relevant authorities.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this shop.
