I ordered a product on 03/15/2026 and still had not received it as of 05/04/2026. I requested a cancelation of the order and full refund of the $294 via email on that date. I received a response from Bofi, Customer Service Rep within a few minutes confirming they had found my original order and was refunding my payment to the original card used. I appreciate the timely response and assistance in this matter.

I purchased an item from this third party payment service. I returned it unopened. They declined my $338.70 refund claiming it was past 30 days. I called them 12/8 to get the return address and requested they email the details since I was in the middle of moving. By the 15th, no response no emails, I called and finally got an address. Never ever once did they advise me how many days I had to return the item. They deliberately delayed providing return information to prevent my return within 30 days. I have since received the creepiest, sick emails to the point of stalking, the last one claiming they issued a refund. They did not. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES. They are a fraud.

Ordered 2-17-26 did not receive, so called to cancel. They had sent order to wrong address and were resending to correct address, but I had not received and they offered a discount if I would accept the order. So I said I would, thinking I could still return for refund if did not work for me. I received order on 3-2-26 and called on 5-2-26 to ask to return and get refund and it was denied. They said they had closed my account and was not eligible for a refund. This product did not work for me. And I could not return and get a refund. Very dissatisfied. Sheryl
The feedback was very efficient. They send me back the refund, because the package does not pass customs in Spain.

I had Bofi from Cart Panda respond to my email to request my refund that I have been waiting on for weeks. Bofi was extremely courteous. I sent a picture of the package that I returned and the tracking number. Within minutes, my refund was approved! The money was returned to my account within the hour. I am so impressed. I ordered product January 11th, received it February 19th, told them on February 20th that the order was short. On April 8th they offered me a 50% refund which I accepted, then they turned around and said well it’s past the 60 days so there’s nothing we can do. Not my fault you waited until AFTER the 60 days to respond, but I guess it’s my problem. I will never order anything that uses this platform again.
I've only just started with the Cognivex product so can not comment on effects/effectiveness at this moment. However I had a problem with company proceedure when the bottles arrived with labels that were applied to each bottle which wrapped around the bottle to such an extent that the directions/instructions for dosing were significantly obscured. After several phone calls and a "close call" (on my part because of a misunderstanding of information I'd obtained from a representative on a call, I "over dosed" on my first dose. Fortunately, despite that being to the degree of about 20X what is recommended, I survived albeit without some panic as to whether to call the company or an ambulance. Good news is I called the company and they responded the second time quickly and correctly with the necessary information and all is well. I suggested they include dosing instructions on a separate sheet of paper in the box with the Cognivex. Hopefully the suggestion will make its way up the ladder to the corporate offices and such a change will prevent anyone else from the scare I experienced. Past that, the company is/was very responsive without further encouragement.

Cartpanda received my original refund request at the end of January 2026. They responded that I should try to resolve my refund request through the original vendor, Burn Peak. I have been trying since then, it is now the end of April 2026 and I have only gotten the supremely frustrating runaround from Burn Peak. I resent my request to Cartpanda requesting their help and Madela responded quickly with needing a picture of the return label/tracking number to Burn Peak and very promptly upon receiving my email with the info requested, verified that they will be refunding me the full amount that I paid/requested. I am now waiting for the 7 business days to run its course and am confident that Cartpanda will honor their refund process!!! Thank you for being an online platform that stands behind their values with integrity and transparency. Hopefully, they will not continue to do business with vendors that don’t adhere to such an honor system, like Burn Peak.

The customer service staff and return policy were great. Unfortunately I was did not have the results I had hoped for from the product but had great service when returning it. Wishing the best for those who try this product and with the return policy it is a low risk option.

Well I ordered Nerve Renew in October and it gave me head aches and stomach aches.I returned it in November and had a tracking on it and they received it.They never returned the money which was $331.22.Thats a lot of money and this was last year and I got my credit card company involved and now they won't even talk to me.At first they told me 5 to 10 business days I will get my return which never happened.This is the worst company I ever had to deal with and they should not be in any type business as they are a total rip off.
I wouldn't say it was great but the outcome is satisfactory.
The cause of the problem was not your fault but whatever happened after customs had inspected the goods and passed them back into the airport system for delivery.
I am disappointed with delivery company . The system is digitised so there should be no reason for a parcel to disappear. I had an email from them to say the case was closed as it had been in the system for too long.
I appreciate your refund and your honesty with your handling of the case.
