I had the LCD screen fail on my Motorhome instrument cluster, so after many search's for a repair service, I settled for Cartronix from the initial phone call which was very helpful and professional, even tho it was going to be a 400mile round trip I decided to drive down instead of posting it and make a weekend of it. I took the cluster out in their carpark spacers, dropped it in reception and was told they'd call me when finished and sure enough within an hour all fixed and refitted and off home.

Why I waited 18+ months to get my car fixed I’ll never know! This company is EXCELLENT. I took my 09 plate Focus in for a cluster repair and it was fixed within an hour, and such a reasonable price. Good, honest people. And the ladies at the reception desk were amazing. Thank you so much!

Check what is covered under their Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Warranty. My replacement Cluster Panel supplied by them failed within two years. My Garage said Cartronix were really unhelpful and didn't want to know

Wow what a great service! I posted my Instrument cluster to Cartonix on Tuesday around 2 pm, to have a dead led replaced. The bright blue Speedometer needle led light had stopped working, which would have been an MOT failure. I had confirmation that the item had arrived the next day and a call to take payment and it was repaired and on my doorstep 10 am Thursday. Now that is what I call brilliant service and a fair price. My 2010 Audi A3's steering assist Amber warning LED was glowing even with the ignition turned off. Also the analogue instruments within the cluster were slightly out of calibration. Cartronix sorted both issues with a very quick turn round time. I will use them again if needs be and would recommend their services to anyone.

Sent instrument panel to Cartronix and the same week it was returned to me in France. Everything went smoothly and the instrument panel is now trouble-free.

can't recommend them enough ,what a great company ,rang friday very helpful packed off monday and received back on wednesday .had problem with cluster on my peugeot boxer motor home ,still under warranty ,but peugoet said because i had it service at my local garage they would not cover ,asked dealer for price £780, CARTRONIX £150 no brainer ,happy days

Dropped the car in for a replacement dashboard screen. Fixed within the hour. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, lovely staff and a great job on my car!

Dashboard instrument panel fading badly and trying to find somewhere who could repair without me taking out the binnacle and having no car for 2/3 days. Found Cartronix, quick call and appointment made. Dropped car at their offices - wandered over to Sainsburys for late breakfast/early lunch and hey presto all back up and running again. I now no longer need to rely on BBC weather to tell me the temperature outside! Highly recommended.

Sent a Cluster for repair after seeing there web site advertising short turnaround or have your cluster repaired while u wait, biggest mistake I made sending my customers cluster to them heard nothing from them regarding the repair process eventally came back not working, sent it back again total of 3 times still not working they would not admit fault when I tried to tell them we had fitted another cluster in the vehicle and it worked! Richard was very rude blamed everything but him self or staff a true example of narcissism would not refund postage charges plus cost me van hire to my customer total time from start to finish over a month well out of pocket.
but we all know what short for Richard!

Excellent service. Cluster posted on Wednesday. I received it back Friday repaired and working 100%. Don't bother trying anybody else. If you have any reservations or your vehicle is not listed give them a ring. A pleasure to deal with.
