Brilliant, knowledgeable service and far cheaper than a replacement cluster from Audi. Use with total confidence.
Update- a few months down the road and all working brilliantly (as expected) Great service

First class service, sent via Royal Mail on Monday back by Wednesday , all working perfectly, just glad to have car back on the road as problem with dash cluster, don’t hesitate to send to this company 5 stars

Really really expensive, but if you've got lots of money I'm sure they'll do a very good job. For those who are struggling financially during Covid this place is not affordable and no flexibility/reductions were offered. To have to pay £95.00 just to find out if you've got a dodgy aerial is criminal..............

Amazing company . I sent my instrument cluster off on the Monday from Newcastle upon Tyne , they repaired it and all returned to my home address by 2pm the Wednesday - it was away in total 3 days including postage. excellent trusted company 👍👍

A great service and a really quick turnaround which certainly helps when you find out your MOT is due in a few days and random lights coming on when you use your RH indicator is a failure. Certainly saved the day....Thanks.

My Audi TT mk2 Clock Pod needed a replacement LED screen as it had Pixel Bleed! Mine was a rare part no. that wasn't in stock but Cartonix kept me informed and even did a reduced price for a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery so I could have the car up and running quicker. It all works as it should and I am very happy with the service.

What a fantastic service I recieved and very professional and know there stuff.

I had a problem with my car and got in contact with Cartronic because of the reviews and recommendations of this service , i decided to travel to get the job done which was well worth every penny.

I was very impressed with the service and because of the covid restrictions precaution was taken and staff kept sanitizing as they work.  

After I then left the car at Cartronic as not allowed to stay at shop due to COVID-19 and safety reasons, I went for a walk to the beach . After 1.5 hrs I received a phone call that the job was completed .

I was very happy and over the moon as this was something that I thought would cost me alot especially if car was taken to main dealer.

I am very happy with Cartronic and I would strongly recommend to anyone just always be polite , patient and respectful and the guys there will get the job done for you with reasonable cost.

The instrument panel on my Mercedes was dead after a flat battery recharge. I booked a slot and took it down to them a 2 hr car ride, and with in an hour it was repaired. Excellent customer service. They really are "Simply The Best"

Had trouble with the instrument panel on my mk2 Audi tt. I decided to send it to this company for repair and followed their instructions which I found straightforward and user friendly . Just over 48 hrs after posting it off it was back in the vehicle working perfectly, I was contacted by the company for payment and advised of the fault which was a failed processor . i consider the service to be of an excellent standard and would highly recommend them .

Outstanding service, l recommend Cartronix without reservation.I had an extremely rare problem which thanks to Tony one of the cartronix electronic technicians fixed by rewiring, all within about an hour. Cartronics refused my offer to pay for this extra work saying it was all part of the service.

Called first thing Monday morning about the instrument cluster for our Fiat Ducato. By 3pm it was repaired and on our way home! Great service great team of people. Communication brilliant, will be recommending them to others. All in all an easy solution to a stressful situation, without costing the earth. Thankyou Cartronix 🙂

Never did fixx the cluster even after sending it five times 130 original cost five sets of postage paid never refunded never fixed the cluster

Brilliant service....said it would take an hour and that's exactly what it took.very friendly and excellent value.I would recommend them to.anyone.

Helpful, friendly, efficient service. Choose to drive to them for the fitting service - took 1.5 hrs as promised, no dramas - did what it said on the tin! Great value too compared to some other quotes we got.
