Highly recommend Carvana!!

Using Carvana online made things so much easier. The site was very user-friendly. The quote was better than expected. Even though they were not able to pick up the vehicle, we were able to drive it to the nearest location to drop it off. The staff there was great, and the actual handover was done in minutes. Our pay off and check for the extra money showed up the next day. I'd use Carvana again and recommend it to others.

Check your tires.

They spout about a 150 point inspection but I purchased a vehicle and the tires were extremely low so after I got it home I called them. They said to take it to a service rep, 2 hours away from me, wanted to get it taken care of so I went. Spent 5 hours with them going back and forth for it to be denied because “tires are not separating or leaking.”

A week later after the tire shine they slathered on it wore off the full extent of the weather cracking shows I’m absolutely gutted. Price is high, service is low. No support even on things that should have already been replaced.

They said they would review it and get back to me. And customer service said they’d escalate it to see if they can get me taken care of rather than me returning it within the 1 week window. A week goes by and I heard nothing. I called them and they said “oh we’ll have someone review it right now.” Just dodging the issue.

Check your tires before driving away because they do not have your back otherwise. If there is anything wrong with the vehicle don’t take it. Their support is atrocious.

Brakes were also low and oil needed to be changed. Its like buying from some skeevy jalopy lot except with a vending machine.

Never using Carvana again.

Selling my car to Carvana was simple, straightforward and painless. I entered information about the car on line, received an offer, accepted it and had the car picked up at my home. A very nice gentleman named Dan picked up the car after keeping me apprised of his arrival time. The process went smoothly and I couldn't have been happier. I received a fair price and the payment was expeditious.

More than pleased

The process is what continues to amaze me. This is the second time I've used Carvana to sell a vehicle. No hassle I entered the information and was given a price, one I simply couldn't pass up. The employees who pick up the vehicles are friendly and helpful. I continue to recommend Carvana to all my friends.

Filled out the form to sell my car online , it was super easy. Just a few questions and some pictures , made the appointment and the next morning the man showed up to complete the deal . He was very nice and on time. Would highly recommend! No headaches just good vibes .

Buying from carvana was one of the…

Buying from carvana was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. At first, everything seemed great. No issues at all. Then we receive something in the mail about some recall, so no big deal, took it in to get taken care of. While in the shop, we were told there was no oil even though the reader said it had 80% life left. Ended up having to have that fixed under the extended warranty we purchased and having to pay the deductible. Then soon after we started noticing a strange sound and jerking. Took it back in and then was told it was the transmission. So again had that fixed under the extended warranty and another deductible. But still had issues after that and was told something was wrong with the rear end, again another deductible. And to this day, the reader still says there’s oil life but no oil will be on the dipstick and Chevrolet can’t seem to figure out why. And lastly, while our truck was there, they informed us that one of our tires was a completely different size than the rest so of course we had to get all new tires which came out of our pocket when we should have had much longer before having to be replaced. We’ve had our truck for just over one year now and for 9 of those months, it was in the shop. Carvana hasn’t covered a single thing nor would they take the truck back because when we found out the issues when we took it in for the recall, we were 5 days past their 100 day policy. We basically got screwed and I would never recommend carvana to anyone

We had a good experience selling our vehicle to Carvana. Make sure that you have the title in hand, and a lien release letter if needed. The woman who came to our house to pick up the vehicle was terrific, and very easy to work with. No trouble, no hassle. Would do it again.
