Good product but the price (including any YouTube discounts) are way too high. I'm sure they've nearly doubled recently! I've had similar results from other sites for a lot less money.

Experience was great easy to use and fast, I was excited to buy a vehicle but when your spending a bit of money on it people/dealers don't always tell you the truth.
With car vertical check they tell you absolutely everything, peace of mind and guess what
...... I bought the car after my result.
100% recommended and will always use again

Excellent comprehensive capture of an expensive vehicle's history. Means I can now have confidence in the history of the purchased vehicle. Very Good !

Did a check on a car using the number plate. Returned a different car, checked the plate against MOT database and the correct car was on there. I reached out to them to let them know and even provided the VIN number but they kept saying it is the correct car on the report which it clearly wasn’t. Waste of 30 quid. Do a normal HPI check instead

The only company I trust when checking history of any vehicle

My report came back with my personal number plate to an old vehicle I had traded in, Ava at customer services quickly dealt with my issue and refunded the cost back to my account, Ava was very understanding of the situation, explained how this may have happened and issued me with a refund. Would highly recommend Car vertical.

A simple, straightforward deception: no info provided, at all, not even when the car was in its original country. In my opinion a scam, without a chace to get a refund. Try elsewhere

Got charged 30 eur for a faulty and incomplete report:
- report said vehicle is 2015 model year (actual model year when inspecting car: 2016)
- report said km stands at 30k km (actual: 100k+ km)
- last year on km chart was 2019, when it clearly was used plenty between 2019-2026
- no additional useful information, no pictures of the car, no service history
- only thing that was matching is the make and model of the car
I checked several times to make sure i entered the correct VIN, and i did.
They are extremely slow to respond to support messages and refuse refund requests.
Instead of offering a full refund for useless irrelevant data and after a failure to provide the services they promise they offer 1 "free credit" to check another VIN. What if that report comes back useless without any relevant data since 2019 too?
If they owned their mistakes and wouldn't be so reluctant to refund 30 euros i would argue users would trust their platform more, there wouldn't be so many well-deserved one-star ratings on trust pilot, and users would be more likely to buy more credits, once they see that useful data is possible to get out of their service.
Before letting the user pay 30 euros they should inform the user what they found. In my case 99% of the report information was about generic details about the car model i'm checking, not at all relevant to the specific car i'm buying but rather all of its type.

It is possible to find hidden information about the car and the prices for checking multiple vehicles is acceptable.

The last two checks you didn't give me any information about the car service even though they are from Switzerland and Germany. Totally unnecessary waste of money on your service. You deserve a score of 0. No refunds for an unusable report.
