Don’t buy from here

Don’t buy from here ! I bought a case to protect my son’s new iPad. Within 2 days the iPad was cracked and no longer charged. This case is NOT shock proof. It doesn’t even come with a screen protector which they tried to offer me AFTER the iPad was smashed. Poor product and expensive for something that doesn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do

ACCC NEEDS TO SHUT this Website Down!

I have been a Business professional for 20+ years and have never seen such blatant disregard for best practice.
After meticulous research for the correct tablet cover size that I required, I placed my order online at CaseBuddy with full confidence of receiving my purchase shortly. It took 22 days until my package arrived. I opened the package to discover the tablet cover CaseBuddy had sent, was a completely different case than the one I had carefully selected on their website. Quietly annoyed, I reached out to advise them of the error they had made and provided pictures of the cover I had ordered compared to the one I had received - complete opposites in fact!. What ensued was the most frustrating process - no personalised contact and at every turn there was just A.I. chatbots and systemised responses. I returned the product immediately to the address in VIC and was told that my refund would be processed upon them receiving my delivery. The P&H was entirely at my expense, even though they were at fault in sending me the wrong product. I tracked my delivery and received confirmation that they had received the package. They did not reach out or initiate any refund. I emailed them demanding my refund be processed immediately. The next email correspondence I received was an automated message saying my refund had been approved and was processing. I finally thought that was the end of this whole debacle only to realise that the amount they were refunding me was less than what I had paid originally. Not only was I out of pocket with the return P&H costs, now I was not receiving my full refund because they had taken out a 'restocking fee'!!! I was absolutely disgusted at this automated response because I had been charged a returned restocking fee on a product I never asked for!!! I never received any other communication from them after letting them know I would not accept these terms in this circumstance of them getting it wrong - not the CUSTOMER. I am now very verbal & proactive (hence this review) in warning people not to purchase any products through their website and would be a very eager participant in any ACCC or Fair Trading led-investigations into this company's trading practices.
Their fraudulent trading practices should be exposed ASAP!!!! I will be lodging a complaint via NSW Fair Trading of my experience and can only encourage anyone else treated this way by CaseBuddy, to lodge one too!

The website looks good, but it’s a con

The website looks good ,seems to have heaps of choices and it says it’s AUSTRALIAN,yet everything is from China .Ordered a iPad case after 10 days still hasn’t arrived ,but they took the money .
Save the money and hassle and don’t use theses guys

NO customer service from Casebuddy!!

I recently had a terrible experience with CaseBuddy. I ordered a case (order CB122780) as a birthday present for my son, giving myself two weeks to ensure it would arrive on time. However, the order was incorrectly combined with another order (CB122781) and was delivered to a residence in Orange, NSW, while I am in Brisbane, QLD.

When I tried to contact customer service, I found it nonexistent. The chatbot was utterly useless and provided no help. There was no other way to get in touch except via email. As a result, I am now without a present for my son's birthday, and I am extremely upset.

The customer service is absolutely horrible and horrendous. After paying a premium price, I expected better. I hope they improve their service and prevent such issues in the future, but I won't be ordering from CaseBuddy again.

Complain to Consumer Affairs Victoria

My case was sent to South Australia instead of NZ. No response to emails, no response to the ticket the chatbot claims to have opened. I'm out $100 with no case and absolutely no response. The owner is named James Meyer. I suspect he ignores all communications that aren't orders. The website gives a PO Box in Victoria as the only address, so complain to Consumer Affairs Victoria. If enough of us do, CAV will go after Mr. Meyer.

No Warranty back up

Bought a case with belt clip to suit a Samsung 20 FE. The belt clip broke only after having it for 2 weeks.
Tried many times to lodge a claim, with no response, Just the automated bot. The bot does not give out the phone number. Defiantly would not recommend this company.

Can I rate them lower

Can I rate them lower? I have a parcel, finally! But am too scared to open it. Should I just open it and see what they've sent. I actually cancelled the order and not one person responded to my emails, there is no phone number listed and it's a scam email address. Finally a chat was established and my wishes ignored. It has taken over 3 weeks to get it.

When i received my confirmation email for my order. I immediately sent them an email saying it was the wrong colour case. I emailed them at least 20times and still no response.

The day my order was delivered i sent it to their PO BOX as per their terms and conditions. They have had it for over a week and STILL NO RESPONSE!!

i have payed over $140 for NOTHING!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. Also done my $90 by the looks . Wrong item sent and no response from multiple emails. Company shows no contact number on their website. Should have known better. Will be reporting everything to Consumer Affairs. Suggest you all do the same so this business can get shut down.

Wrong item sent. No response from case buddy!

I ordered an iPad case with wireless keyboard. It was shipped via aust post but tracking number never worked. Took weeks to get here even though they said it was to be 10-12 days. I received it and on opening noticed it was way too small. The size checked on the box is not what I ordered. I double checked measurements before purchase. I have tried contacting them numerous times as I want a replacement and to return this one. No response! I paid $129! They have no means other than the one email address to contact them. Terrible service and on reading reviews they shouldn’t be in business. I wish I had read them prior to ordering!

They sent me the wrong phone case

They sent me the wrong phone case. Considering how much the case was it was not what I was expecting. It looked cheap and poorly made.
They have not responded to several emails I sent, there is no contact number for them and no 24/7 customer service.
Terrible company and I would not recommend them.
