A shambolic company. Delivery took 13 days to arrive and was so late I had to purchase another case. They then wouldnt engage in any way, refused to compensate and just stopped responding. Do not use... See more

Absolute cowboys and shoddy products
Back in August/September 2024 I bought an iPhone case from Casebus. It arrived and within a few days started falling apart. I initiated a return request only to be told I needed to return the item to CHINA at my own expense in order for the company to review the piece of rubbish sent to me, a piece of rubbish that cost £29.99. This was a company that hid the fact the products were coming from China and then expect you to front the shipping costs back to them.
In the end I won my case through PayPal and had the entire amount refunded. But it took A LOT of emails to get my money back.
Today I’ve received the broken case back in the post from China. I mean, truly, WTH? Please don’t buy from this company, absolute cowboys.
Cheap phone cases sold at a high price
Cheap phone cases sold at a high price. Avoid as there is no easy way to return items - buy from a .co.uk website and then you have to return to China. I guess they will reply saying T&Cs are on their website. Casebus: check your reviews to see how well this policy is received!
Awful cheap case
Awful cheap case. The belt attachment was broken when I received it, not that I planned on using it. Avoid buying from this place!
Incorrect phone case supplied
I ordered a phone case but when it arrived it did not match the picture on the website. While they were responsive to my emails there returns policy requires you to return the product to China despite the return address on the box I received being a UK address! Returning to China is deliberately a cost prohibitive practice. Particularly frustrating when they're providing products that don't match the images on their website which is a direct breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SCAM!!!
Ordered a phone cover about a week back. No tracking update. neither the customer service no. works or the email.
An update - recvd the items. V poor quality, sadly. Have asked for a refund and a UK address to return the items. lets see how that goes.
You have been warned.
You have been warned.
Please please do not buy from this company they are a total rip off the full metal case does not support mag charging tried to get a refund refused customer service is appalling.
This case also has poor signal and volume call issues .
Please please do not use this company.
BEWARE - CASEBUS ARE SCAMMERS
I was expecting a solid, all round protection for my Samsung Galaxy S25+, and what do I get? You wonder. Instead, I got a very thin hardly magnetic case, which I believe will shatter, if you drop it on the floor. The website indicated, the fingerprint sensor would work, and it doesn't. It looks nice to look at it from the front, but when you look inside, you can tell, it's not the high quality case you purchased. Definitely, not worth the money.
Normally, I research thoroughly, reading reviews, and this company was at the top of Google, and they really know how to lure you to their website. Utter scam. I can't believe I spent over £20 for a case, that looks like a £5 case or less. I now have to buy another case, as I was duped by CASEBUS.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD QUALITY, AS DOESN'T WORK, AND ALL REVIEWS ARE UNTRUE.
Scam
I wish I checked trust pilot before ordering from this company. I tried to return my purchases which cost me £24 for first class tracked postage with Royal Mail.
I was told by Royal Mail it would take 7-10 days. It is now over a month later and the only information I can get from the Royal Mail website is my package is in customs in china and the recipient has been notified of what they have to do.
I have contacted casebus about it multiple times but get the same response along the lines of “rest assured when we receive the item you will be reimbursed” and always from someone named Rachel.
I believe this is a scam company. The products themselves felt like cheap knock offs and were packaged as such. Hopefully this review stops someone from making the same mistake I did.
CaseBus uk site is a scam and run by Hustlers who just want your money and Bank details
They are a scam site that lie. They do not send from United Kingdom even if they say they do. All there cases come direct from china so do not expect the 2 - 4 days delivery time they claim. All there cases are most likely being sent from the Temu Warehouse in china. So I’ll be sure to clean the case if it ever arrives. Worse site ever.
Any good Reviews are fake and are written by people in china who work for CaseBus site.
Do not email them about an order as they will claim it’s being sent from the UK when it’s not.

The quality of the case isn't the greatest and don't sit flat against the screen it bowes out.
The quick response are brilliant an quick thank you
Falsely listed as delivered; can't get response
The item was listed as delivered, but was NOT. (24 hour reception staffing, they have to let in the deliverer, so this is certain!) Web site of iMile (the delivery company) has a customer service ink that DOES NOT WORK. I believe this company or at a minimum the iMile delivery service is a scam.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, they are selling defective products and when you request a refund you have to return the defective item to China, which is expensive. Even though the product is sent to you from an address in the UK. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
Just recieved my casebus mobile phone…
Just recieved my casebus mobile phone cover, first impressions. Build quality good, looks, wonderful and its quality becomes obvious set against cheaper plastic covers. I did like when I made my order they contacted me to ensure I had requested the correct model type. so I checked & reliased I hadn't given the full model phone reference. This was quickly sorted by CASEBUS, all in all I am very chuffed with the product.
Very happy with purchase, do not believe so many negative reviews!
There are so many bad reviews written about this company, and I find it hard to believe they are all true and indeed honest. I was therefore a little nervous in my purchase of an iPad case, but I need not have worried 😀As there are a number of different iPad models Casebus make it very easy and indeed idiot proof to find and order the correct model. After approx 7 days the case arrived and I am delighted with it, and certainly from my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this company as a good place to buy a case for your precious iPad
Bad quality cases
Quality of the case is rubbish, unfortunately I can’t return it due to me having the case on for a day. But after a day of having it on, loads of dust is accessing the screen and the back which is very annoying, the built in screen is rubbish as my touch screen doesn’t work the best now unless I press firmly. I’ve also noticed I’m getting a lot worse signal now with this case on. Do not recommend, delivery also took a while with no tracking available
Don’t understand why so many bad reviews 🤷♀️…
The only thing I thought was an issue was the delivery. Otherwise 5 stars 🤩 No other issues! I received what I purchased today (31/01/2025), two Amada phone cases. Thanks guys for replying to my emails in a prompt fashion too! If I could add photos I would.
Having ordered without reading any…
Having ordered without reading any reviews, i was shocked too see so many negative reviews, i hadn't received the case yet and the tracking wasn't updating.
I panicked and raised a case with PayPal and asked for a refund.
i had tried to ring but no answer and emailed with no answer, getting PayPal involved escalated the response and i received a message back. the case arrived a few days later and despite what i had read, was of good quality, sturdy and robust and what i had read before ordering. not so bad in the end.
I specifically wanted a case where the D-ring attached to case, not wallet
I specifically wanted a case where the "D" rings attach to the case (rubber case part that the phone is in), and not attached near of on the wallet area. The first one I chose was pictured how I wanted, but when I received it, it wasn't attached that way, it was on the wallet. Then I emailed them, and while their customer service is great (they said I could keep the case, and order another for free with the d-rings attached how I wanted), they are deceiving people because no where on their products does it have a disclaimer about it not being exact product photo.
I emailed them several other choices that "fit" what that d-ring feature I wanted, and 3 others I chose, they checked with warehouse and said it was NOT attached how it looks. I finally found one after the 4th time they checked, and assured me it was attached w/rings on the phone case itself.
Well....I received it (for free) and it was NOT as they said. I just emailed them & cited the FTC laws for false advertising (yes, I realize they probably don't originate in the US, however, someone in the US is shipping them becuase mine came shipped from a local city not far from me, in the USA). Shady, shady stuff. If they just either put a disclaimer, OR just took actual photos of their products, they would have much better business and repeat customers! The photo here is the Wilmoth for a S24 Ultra. On their website it shows D-rings attached on the case itself, but you can clearly see they are ttached on the wallet.
Purveyors of expensive junk
Purveyors of expensive junk. Items are poor quality. They're shipped from the UK but you have to return to China at your own cost - basically a scam. Usual wish I saw the reviews before buying scenario.....
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. They have false reviews on their website and the quality is very poor. I tried to return the item and I had to pay £16 to send it back to china. It’s been stuck at customer for 2 months because they don’t want to pay taxes at customer. They asked me to pay for it or won’t refund the item.
I have reported to the police but there doesn’t seem to be a way to shut them down
