No Magsafe, bad returns policy
I ordered the SHARPE Magsafe wallet. I have to say it was nice quality, but it did not do Magsafe (false advertising!!). I ordered the Defender as a replacement and that was so cheap, plastic-looking and still didn't do Magsafe and the holder was not holding the phone in place! Great case, well made with good materials. Stitching perfect. Has room for the cards I carry. Had I read the Trustpilot reviews I may not have ordered! Pleased I did. I have had cases from Sheildon, Snakehive, Torro, and Ed Hicks in the past-all good cases and this one is just as good. Not possible to fit camera lens protector due to snug fit. Customer Services responded overnight and refunded cost immediately.

Purchased a crossbody “leather “ case for my phone, broken within 2 weeks, not leather whatsoever, emailed the company and got no refund, but was asked to return the item to China?! The case isn’t worth £5?! I paid £29,90 for a stupid thing, you probably get same cheaper in Primark!
SCAM company - avoid.
Ordered phone case in black that was advertised as MagSafe compatible. I received a case in brown that did not work with MagSafe. Contacted Casebus who stated the brown WAS black and that the item did work with MagSafe. Their offer was for me to return the item to China at my cost which was greater than the cost of the product. NEVER order anything from this rogue company.
False advertising of the Maynard case
I have just received this phone case (Maynard) but unfortunately I am having two issues.
1) It is slightly too big for the iPhone 15 Pro Max so it moves around a fraction. Combined with the fact I think the plastic casing is a tiny bit too thick, I am no longer able to type/text with accuracy which is infuriating.
2) The claim to be magnetic is false. Unlike previous cases, this one will not magnetically connect to my charging point.
I would be grateful either for a suitable replacement with resolves both issues or a refund. My case was delivered on Friday, 10th January.

I paid £24.99 for a nasty PU case - AVOID!
I paid £24.99 for a "premium leather" case. The item that arrived was a cheap & nasty PU case which would probably cost £4.99. I have contacted customer services who claimed that it was described as PU. A complete & total fabrication on their part. Shameful conduct.
Beware false advertising
Beware : Their pictures of phones case are excellent, the product when received is nothing like what’s advertised. Their returns policy is pathetic, they offer you £5 refund , knowing full well its costs £25 to return the item to China!!

My case was 49.99. I ordered the correct model case, but my phone didn't fit. The hardware for the screws on both sides did not line up. Their policy says they give a refund if there is a quality issue. First, I had to send pictures, which I did, then I received numerous emails trying to talk me into making an exchange. Their product was poor quality and I am refusing. Been demanding refund. They will not send address for return or give a return authorization. I 've called customer service several times, they are "not available. This is a SCAM COMPANY located in China. Wish I read THESE reviews before I purchased. My rating is Zero Stars. Total SCAM.

Maynard i phone 16 cases
Two phone cases arrived today. Very poorly packaged - loose in a small jiffy bag. One case smashed on receipt, Maynard cases look NOTHING like they do on the website. Case metal edgings look on the website like the colour of the i phone, but aren't in reality. Flimsy, cheap low quality product at high price. Website full of positive reviews - not one negative which suggests there's a rabbit off!

I have no idea what all the bad reviews are about this company. I received my new phone case/wallet within 5 days of ordering and i'm more than happy with it. It fits perfect on my Z Flip6 and the price matches the quality. I recommend, and i would definitely purchase from Casebus again in the future. Thank you Casebus :-)

Perfectly happy with the case for my iPad, fits perfectly and looks reasonably well made, the only thing i think the company should have made clear was that the item is sent from China. I expect when ordering from a co.uk. site to have delivery in 2/3 days, this order took 11 days to arrive. When it did not arrive quickly I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and thought the worst would happen but it did not.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased a transparent case for my MacBook Air - it took ages to arrive and I spent about an hour trying to fit it, only to find they have sent the wrong one!! So frustrating!! Now customer support are trying to suggest I ordered the wrong one....duhhh
Poor quality. Looking for a new case after less than 2 months
I ordered a “Bennie” phone case, sadly before reading the company reviews! The case came in good time but, despite being three times the cost of my previously locally-purchased case, has already failed after less than two months.
The case is glued where stitching would have been better. The zip stitching has failed and makes opening and closing difficult.
The money notes pouch, as previously mentioned in a review, is only of use for £5 notes. £10 get stuck in the zip and £20s come nowhere close to fitting.
So, it’s time to look for a new case and supplier. I figure I’ll go to a shop - at least I can see the quality. Oh, and find a truly British company, not an American one that sells products from unspecified countries.
A coincidence I assume but within no time of ordering my case, my credit card was being used many times in America? The transactions were blocked fortunately by my bank. Another reason for me to shop off-line.

Like to sell in the uk but don’t like to comply with our consumer protection laws. iPhone 15 pro max owners beware. My phone would not make clear FaceTime/speaker audio calls. Massive audio loop feedback interference when in a casebus case. Apple customer support spent an hour on the phone with me doing diagnostics thinking my phone was faulty-brand new!! Turns out it was the fecking case that was causing the problems that were present from the phone from brand new. Case bus are a bunch of cowboys. Other goods to the value of my original order but must not exceed the order value-how do you do that then? If new cases cost more you can’t add money to it but oh yes, you’re happy for it to be under the order value so I lose out, or accept £15 to settle the issue as I’m not paying to return them to good old China. These are like rogue market street traders. Keep out of the UK if you want to flout our legislation. iPhone 15 pro max owners, you have been pre warned, Casebus will not work with your expensive new phone! Purchased casebus via Paypal so will seek refund via them. Good old Chinese customer service wrapped up in an American flag- disgusting, they are nothing to do with America. Something strange going on with the directors at the address the cases are shipped from, these must be the clowns renting space where the phones are shipped from. AVOID THIS COMPANY . There is no UK presence. The MD lives in Sweden. Cases are being shipped into a warehouse of the owner of a Belgium shipping company, the depot is next to Heathrow airport, a tactic to probably avoid import duty. If you have a problem you have been warned, there is no customer service in the U.K. to take return of your goods, unsuitable/faulty, it won’t matter, they will not uphold your consumer rights. Do the right thing and save yourself a load of trouble and go elsewhere, check before you buy, if I have a problem where do I go, in this instance to China at your postage cost and your job to get it through customs. Casebus needs taking of the UK domaine. PayPal’s my next contact, I will get my money back. Need reporting to trading standards which I will do.

Room 505, Building M3, Maqueling Industrial Zone, Kejizhong 2nd Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China Is not a correct postal address for return of goods as per returns policy on their website, you will need to complete a CN 22 customs declaration also, the goods will simply be returned to you as the address supplied will not get the goods back to the seller. Be warned, the returns process is designed to prevent your getting a refund.
Update 16 July: package has been stuck in Chinese customs for 4 days, correct customs label and code on the package. The item still has not got back to the address fakebus sent via PayPal which was different from returns addresses they provided by email so they have multiple returns addresses. I’m pretty confident I will get refund via PayPal they have assured me of this, but the fight to get your hard earned cash back is uphill all the way. These people are scammers selling cheap Nast Chinese tat. DO NOT BUY!!!!
