Table came with a small dent. Was well wrapped so must have been damaged on packing. Shame good service otherwise

We were looking for a chair and tried Heals who in turn recommended Case Furniture. We went to their showroom in Clapham where the staff were extremely helpful. The chair was delivered to us in a few days and we are very pleased with the overall experience.

Our order for bedside tables was processed very promptly and we are delighted with the items. They are sturdy, well-constructed and roomy. The matt oak finish is exactly what I was looking for, although I would have like drawer as well as a shelf.
The order arrived exactly as notified and was very well packed.

Everything was straightforward and efficient with my order. Good company to order from.

They have well designed products and I bought a pepper/salt grinder as a present. It arrived via courier earlier than expected and my experience with the shop in terms of communication was excellent. When unpacked I was so pleased with how smartly it presented itself on the table as well as the grinding functionality which can sometimes be problematic and difficult to adjust. Can only recommend and was refreshing to have this hands-on service.

Great customer service from start to finish, and a beautifully designed table that was actually in stock! The latter being important right now because, with so many global supply chain issues, many interiors retailers increasingly take payment before revealing the item you just ordered is not actually in stock as advertised but subject to a long lead time. And I rarely say this but the delivery too was great! Two guys delivered the table, set it up in position and removed all packaging. A great purchasing experience - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Case Furniture.

We purchased an outdoor bench, which arrived recently, some months after placing the order so we have not had much opportunity to use it. The bench is as expected; everything proceeded smoothly with the sale and delivery.
