good case, what I wanted, thanks

I ordered a personalised case for my mum and forgot to upload the personalisation (which is silly i know) but I emailed and everything was sorted. it did take a little while for them to reply but i was told that was due to them being a small business and something to do with covid. anyways case was really good and sturdy and will buy again when i get my new iphone soon

I ordered a phone case 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything.

The full amount has been taken out of my bank account and I have tried to contact the customer service email numerous time to track my order however have had no response at all!

Totally disappointed as have had absolutely no communication or response from the company yet the money has been taken.

Ordered a case from them and tried to cancel the order before it was even dispatched but had no reply. 4 weeks after I ordered the case finally arrived which I no longer want or need. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed/messaged them and have not had any communication back, so can’t even arrange a return.

The case is ok, not the best quality but it wasn’t overly expensive. Can get cheaper cases from Amazon that are similar quality and with free next day delivery. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This is the addition to the review to say that although it took 18 days but I got delivered. The product quality is better than average cases. It fits perfectly. Their tracking system shows that the product shipped from China which explains delay. I will still not reccomend customers to buy from here because in online business customer service is a big thing which they dont have. You can see my previous review here-

'The worst service I ever got doing online shopping. Its a borderline scam and should not be allowed to do business in UK. Its been twelve days but still no sign of my order. They took the money at the time of purchase but it took 5 days for them to show the order in their system. There is no approximate delivary date on their tracking system and its saying gibberish. I mailed them three- four times but haven’t received any replies. They have a chatting system but they never reply. I will suggest others to aboid casethatnow.'

Absolutely awful! Don’t buy from this company. I ordered my case several weeks ago now and it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve emailed, messaged on the live chat and commented on the Instagram and still had no reply. My product hasn’t even been shipped yet even though it said 2-3 days delivery. I’m at uni and leave in a couple weeks so am worried it will be delivered after I’ve left which would mean I’ve wasted my money completely.
Rubbish customer service. Will not be using this company again

I am editing my comments so finally I received my order that product is of very good quality so I will give them 4 out of 5 for product but since they never replied to my email i will give customer service 0 out of 5 so I am giving them 2 overall

I have had a very strange experience with this company. The products took a very long time to arrive (it does state on the website but isn’t very clear and is misleading) but can take up to 3 weeks to arrive as it comes from China. The products are nice but are overpriced and aren’t as good a quality as I had hoped. The customer service is very slow to respond, which they state is due to the pandemic. When my products finally arrived the phone case I ordered was too big and the AirPod case fits poorly too which is probably due to quality.

I did write a negative review earlier but then finally got a response from the customer service so have decided to change my rating due to the way it has been handled - they will be sending out a replacement phone case and I don’t have to return the other one which makes it easier for me providing this time the case actually fits!

Case was good. I got a bit confused with the shipping times but the customer service person replied quickly with my tracking info.

This is a fake company ive had no phone case sent was for my daughters birthday. I have messaged direct by email on website on messenger with no reply. Theses robbing gets dont deserve one star. Wish i had read all this on here first. The reviews are not in their website for a reason

AVOID!!!!! This is not a real company. They take your money, dont reply to any mails at all, and no product is sent!! Such a disapointment!!!!!! Would not even give one star, but had to in order to write this review. Do youself a favour, AVOID!!

I ordered one of their new cases and paid for next day delivery. I can’t understand some of these reviews? My case came the next day and I’m honestly so happy with the quality and the amount of protection it has for my new phone. Especially for the prices, when companies like Casetify charge £30-40. So thank you guys for my new case and I’ll definitely be ordering again!!

Ordered a case several weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed twice and no response. There is no location information when I try to track my order. I really don’t think this is a legitimate business.

Was a bit sceptical because of some of the reviews, but I must say the case came and it was a good case. A little delay on shipping and slow replies but they did reply.

I ordered a phone case which had not arrived .. it had been over a month. When contacting the support team it took multiple emails, Instagram messages etc to get a response. I was told that they did not know what had happened to my order and would give me a refund. Out of good will and the delays I experienced I was offered a free case of my choosing... it has now been 3 weeks and again no case. I received the refund but I would appreciate if the company could follow through with what they have said.. I’m not quite sure what is going on regarding the shipment or if it has even been sent.

My case took so long to arrive! 19 days in transit for one phone case is just ridiculous. Tried to reach out as it is a Christmas present and was worried about timings however all the chats are closed?! Not worth the money and may as well just buy one from elsewhere!

Ordered a few cases two weeks ago and still haven’t heard from anybody. I get that deliveries these days take longer, they even mention it. However, they could at least reply to their DMs or emails. I have no way of tracking my order and the unprofessional correspondence isn’t making it easier. I have a statement of the payment and would love to receive the cases whenever, thank you.
