This is the 4th holiday I’ve booked with Case Travel.
The service is amazing; Ally, Danielle and Sue are outstanding. From start to finish I cannot fault anything.

We had a four day break in Valletta. The selection of the hotel was excellent: high quality and a great location. The transfers were as planned, premium cars and professional drivers. Everything was planned perfectly and worked smoothly. We will use Case Travel again.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday with Ally. This time to Montenegro - they suggested a fabulous hotel and all the arrangements went like clockwork! Many thanks to Ally and Danielle

Ally and her team were always extremely helpful both with planning and execution during our adventure to New Zealand from the hiring of Campervan to a guide on possible routes and when we didn't have wifi, checking us in seamlessly during all the different time zones ready for onward journeys. This is the second time we have used Case Travel for our long distance adventures and would highly recommend.

Our first experience with Case Travel was excellent. The team are proactive and are one step ahead all the time. A relaxing trip with peace of mind that our travel plans were being overseen. Our flights had to be changed last minute and Ally and the team found us alternative flights to get us where we needed to be. Thank you all very much!! We would definitely use Case Travel again.

The second time we have used Case Travel & yet another great service & experience from start to finish. Ally, Danielle & Sue sorted late flight changes home as a result of the Middle East war along with a last minute hiccup during check-in at Heathrow which was quickly resolved with a phone call. The whole trip was booked with everything taken into account - all internal flights, train journeys, hotels, guides and drivers were excellent and we can’t speak highly enough for all the planning and work that Case Travel put into our trip. Thoroughly recommend Case Travel for a bespoke service and will be using again in the very near future.

This was our first time booking with Case Travel, Ally took on board our wishes and tailored our trip to Orlando perfectly. Ally even checked we had arrived safely after our flight was diverted. Ally, Danielle and Sue truly made our vacation magical and we would not hesitate in using them again.

We have just returned from a week in Nashville, USA. Everything was booked through Case Travel from assistance at the airport and flights, to transfers to and from accommodation, booked by Ally. Hotel was booked and provided a comfortable stay in a good part of the city by Danielle. Wheelchair to cover the stay was arranged by Sue. The whole team at Case travel work so well together. The team at Case Travel provided exceptional service from planning stages, to ensuring we had a safe passage home so we could carry on with our holiday worry free. The team are all very friendly, knowledgeable and really listened to us and our requirements.
In addition to this, it was all the little details and finishing touches to our holiday, providing a truly personal service. They made us feel that they were as excited about the trip as we were. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for our next Adventure.

Absolutely fantastic ..Case Travel
I can't recommend Case Travel highly enough...from day 1 of planning our 3 week adventure to Vietnam all the way through the trip Ally, Danni and Sue helped us have the very best of holidays. Every transition was smooth and well executed, every excursion a delight with excellent contacts on the ground and the team took away any worry around Middle East issues affecting our return as they managed the whole reorganisation for us behind the scenes. Some lovely additional and unexpected touches (such as the welcome letter at our hotel) showed how much Case care about their clients. They are absolute stars and the 4 of us will definitely look to Case Travel as we think about our next adventures. If there were more than 5 stars they would deserve the accolade.

I have just celebrated my 60th birthday year with 3 school friends (also 60) and their husbands, travelling top to bottom Vietnam.
Ally and her team were fantastic, outlining great places and hotels to go, but making the detail bespoke to us. Every transport, flight, day trip and hotel was spot on to our liking, on time and very clean.
Our flights sadly were disrupted because of the Iran war as we flew Qatar, but in the knowledge Ally and her team were in the UK sorting out as much as they could to rearrange our flight path home and sending WhatsApp messages, we knew we were in good hands.
Every inch of Vietnam was fantastic and the holiday went very well, seeing most of the sights that would have been suggested by any agent. One of our top holiday memories of our lives, and lovely to share it with special long time friends.

For this trip (flights, hotel and car from hotel to airport) the Case team organised a few days in Tokyo for me after a bigger photographic trip to Hokkaido. On the face of it just organising flights and hotel for me did not seem much. However when I arrived at the hotel (The Indigo in Shibuya which was very nice). I noticed that the entrances were a bit obscure, one was at the back of a shopping arcade, the other was only accessible via a narrow backstreet. This worried me that the car organised by Case to take me to the airport at the end of the trip would have trouble finding the entrances and me as I could be waiting at the wrong one! Sue and Ally at Case understood my anxciety and made sure the driver was given proper instructions when he arrived by contacting the hotel and the transport company. A lot of companies would have just given me platitudes that all would be well. Case however actually made sure I was put at my ease. In my opinion this was going above and beyond. Well done Sue and Ally!

The G Adventure Sri Lanka tour was really excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
There were many G moments. For example, the guide (Danny) explaining the Buddhism philosophy at the temple of the tooth in Kandy, visit of the Sthree Craft Shop and the safari at the Udawalawe National Park.
Also, Shante local employee, provided a memorable guided tour of the spice gardens and walk to the waterfall at Amba estate.

Just completed another tailor made holiday via case travel to India. As always everything went smoothly and have recommend them to my neighbours who have also used them. Nothing is too much trouble to get the exact itinerary required and then great communication checking everything is as you require. If you want a company that cares about your holiday experience then case travel is the place to go.

Case travel as always offered excellent customer service and their hotel recommendation was perfect. I would always book with them as they deliver unique and memorable holidays every time.

We have booked through Ally and her team many times and will always recommend them highly.

This trip was fantastic, we were provided with several options to choose from in the Caribbean that met our needs, with flights that suited us and we chose Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua. We had a fabulous time and were looked after from beginning to end, including checking in and seamless transfers!

Another great holiday booked with Case Travel. We had a week’s holiday skiing in Voss, Norway. Dannie booked everything for us including all the skiing extras and a day trip on a Fjord and the famous Flann railway. Sue arranged our airport parking and hotel.

Case Travel are incredibly professional, and think of all the extras and go the extra mile. Their knowledge and advice makes such a difference. We cannot recommend them enough.

We had the most amazing trip to Finland with Case travel. The holiday was so well organised from start to finish and the activities were thrilling topped off with a spectacular show of the Northern Lights. A definite must for your bucket list.
