This is one sorry app my card lock up for no reason they Don t have no answer yall becauful with this wack ass cash app it no good they steal your money now chime thats were it at i just oder me one cant wait until it come I threw that Casp app away for good I will like chime better yall get you a chime card instead of cash app

Screw cash app, I got scammed for a couple hundred dollars and when I reported it they did nothing about it, this app is for people trying to come up on some money cause they are to lazy to work

Absolute worse thing I have ever dealt with!!!! Had about $50 in the app & impossible to cash out, plus none of their support recommendations worked. Its been two years going back and forth with them. Its always been the principle not the money. Cutting up my debit card so it is not on file.

Absolute crooks. My wife and I were robbed of $990 after someone used our account somehow with the Face ID activated. Cashapp denied any responsibility for what happened and denied the request for refund from our bank. After several written request with proof that it was not us our bank was gracious enough to refund our money without the help from cashapp. I wouldn’t recommend using the app for anything. Use one that’s legit like PayPal or Venmo. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

Cash App is designed and tailored for thieves to take your money. Cash app has very poor security and customer service to protect your money. It wouldn't surprise me if some day the news reads that Cash App. was behind all of the losses. They suck stay away from anything associated with them!!

This is the worst app ..don't get it. They don't help with refund or unauthorized transaction..they not block your information .people will steal from you and they will not prevent or stop it. I have had four merchants do this and cash app didn't help me at all. I have proof just Incase someone needs it. Stay away from this app

I love my Cashapp card issued by Sutton Bank and Square, Inc. As with any online banking app tightening up your security is vital. Immediately upon receiving my card, I went to the customer support chat to find out how to make the tightest security possible. My account is fully protected. Before any transaction can go thru my account a text message is sent to my phone via the Cashapp app. I then must confirm with biometrics that I approve. If not, I decline the transaction without the biometrics. Of there is an issue, the proof is stored on my phone as to what I have approved and declined. By ensuring the best security is being used, anytime there may be an issue with my account, they immediately rectify the problem. I have been using it now in my business for 3 years. I couldn't find a better online banking account anywhere. It makes getting paid by my clients instantly so much easier. I never have to worry with credit cards or checks any longer.

Funds were removed from my bank account by Cash App. My bank verified where the funds went. But, cash app isn't refunding my money. So, I'm out of 364.00. THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES

This is review is in regards to Sutton bank, Square, Inc, and cash app. Cash app is the biggest scam. They are not secure friendly and their customer service is non existent or better yet hard to communicate with. I have been waiting to receive my stimulus payment since the beginning of the year. IRS states they deposited my checks times 2 into a cash app account. Mind you I did not authorize this
Cash app has not assisted with the investigation of this deposit. Nor did I request this deposit. When I filed my taxes, I entered my personal account number and routing number. Also I'm a disabled veteran and recive my benefits from the us Treasury department. Later I discovered a month ago after the trace was closed that someone opened a fraudulent account and email in my name. I have yet to receive my finds which total over $3000. I just think everyone involved should be held accountable. Plus all the veterans I know received their refund via direct deposit. Benefit checks are issued from the Dr department as refund checks. I have never experienced anything so non professional.

$80 was transferred from my account to Diane Guzman account. She had a profile photo and her phone(562)333-5521. I called her to get my money back and she did not answer. Her email address was also revealed. She purchased bitcoin with identifier #MMAHWH01Q. It is rare for this to happen. I think she took the money on purpose and does not want to be caught. Her profile name is $LadyD131765. She purchased at 7:07am on 11/15/21. To make the purchase so quickly she changed my user name to a new user name on her phone. The name for the purchase was $ HAST2jdjd.

Whatever you do, do not use cash app or do direct deposit. Your money get stolen. The security is not secure at all. I report money being stole. And I was told there was nothing they could do. To reach out to my back. But my bank was not connect to the cash app account. There is also others who has gone through this and I’m looking into sue the cash app and the owner

Unfortunately, I have to put 1 star otherwise I cant offer my experience. Really, don't bother. Fool you if you load cash into their system, beware. Attracting customers with offers they don't fulfil, dishonest. One word, clickbait.

They just Allowed someone to use my card in Jamaica New York without having my card and pin # and stolen my $ in account. Unauthorized transaction and im in Riverside California.

Stole $30 dollars from me and won't give it back

I sent $110 to the wrong person on Cash App and 1 hour later requested refund. The recipient refuses to return the money and Cash App will not help me. Sad!!

Cash APP straight out stole $100 in Bitcoin today August 6th at 12:30 pm blatently right from under my nose. What happened is this they closed my account for no apparent reason but there was Bitcoin in the Blockchain just about to confirm when they shut my account down. The person i spoke with said he didnt know why they closed my account so now when it was sent into my cash app bitcoin wallet it doesnt even allow me to send it somewhere if i wanted to. They are scmubags and will pay.

So this app is really not what they pretend to be. My son has 80 dollars on his cash app. Dec 2020 we attempt to get the money off. Never got it. Then june 28 we attempt again. Here it is july and we still have not got our money. Ive spoke to 9 different people ask for a manager got disconnect. And my son has talk to just as many. None of the phone people can help you. They take you back to email support every time. Which would be fine if they respond or didnt wait so long you email back it take another 48 hours. One lady told my mom there nothing they can do. I just cant have my money. So now we have to really resort to an attorney. Because even though its 80. How much have they done this to other customer?? And its illegal!!

They Hire people who don't know what they are doing if you get a new phone / phone number email etc you might be in trouble of loosing your money they don't send the money back to the person who originally send it to you nor do they let you access your old account they basically steal your money I don't know how they are allowed to operate in this matter! Cashapp is a scam watch out you are better off with Venmo
