I was disappointed to see a chunk of change was charged and taken out of my cash. Nothing was mentioned prior and none of the previous times I did this, nothing was charged. And on top iof that, I wrote you twice without a response. Shame on you.

3. Your return kit was received 07/09/2021
4. You were paid in full for all items sent, with the exception of the opened item, as we do not accept it.
5. You were paid in full for the appropriate bonuses.
6. PayPal does take a fee for sending payment via goods and services. We do not mention this to any of our clients nor on our website as PayPal's terms may be updated without our knowledge. Hundreds of our clients have been paid with this effective and faster method and we hope that you can forgive us for what you have stated as us not responding to you. We hope we can make things right again!
