Not sure i agreed with the valuation…

Not sure i agreed with the valuation and pay out. Was told there was a fair bit of costume jewellery - i can't wear anything but gold so was surprised by this. I accepted what I thought was quite a low offer as I didn't want to pay to have my own possessions returned.

Next time I think I'll be taking amy gold to my local gold dealer in person.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they replied to me . They told me how they had arrived at the figure they offered me. I was happy with their offer and accepted it. I would definitely recommend them to everyone

Excellent service

Excellent service. Posted my gold on Saturday at the post office. Got a call today with an evaluation which was more than I expected. I exsepted and the money was in my account in half an hour .

Simple, fast and effortless

The form and packing process was so simple and straightforward. Within 24 hours of posting off my gold I received a phone call with a great offer. Within 1 hour the money was in my bank account. Brilliant experience. So efficient and organised. Highly Recommend.

Gave it to the Post Office and the very next day received a call and an acceptable offer; and within the hour I had the monies transferred into my account. Fantastic and efficient service. Such a great experience

I sent CashanyGold a few bits and pieces of Jewelry, using the packaging they supplied on a Friday. On Monday I had not only agreed a great price but they put the money into my bank within half an hour. So simple, quick, professional and very fair priced.
