Really quick response, 24hrs after posting-- then money in my bank account couple of hours later.

Good, fast... but a warning to people going through this process, use a gold calculator online, note all your weights and have a rough number in your head for when they call. I received a call from them yesterday and they offered around £400 for something I'd worked out to be double. After my reaction and saying I'd have it sent back they upped the price to £700. Understandably that's a big jump from £400 meaning I was seriously underquoted at first. I'm not sure I'd use them again for this reason. The system is extremely fast, you can't fault that... but it certainly left me wondering how many people just accepted their offers and were being shortchanged. I wasn't expecting to have to haggle a price on the phone, the weight is the weight after all. In the end the guy claimed he was giving me a special rate for people who send in gold regularly, why are there different levels of offers to the public? The price was good in the end but the first offer was ridiculous and in all honesty I'm wondering if I should have asked for it back, because it felt rather sketchy. In comparison I sent some silver to a different place who valued it exactly as I'd worked out the weight based on their online calculator and that felt a lot more professional and legitimate .

The over all experience using this company was outstanding from to finish was curious at first with it but went with my gut feeling and they really are legit and worth using only thing I would say is you get 2 envelopes and forms for your items but I wasn't sure if you could use both so I put the paperwork in for both envelopes
