Very deceptive business, finds (or invents) reasons to change the payout to less then agreed, and makes you pay to get it back if you don't agree to their new offer.

Definitely avoid doing business with them.

Kind of sucks they say they will pay me $140 for my laptop and when they get it they offered $50 for it because the battery was under 50% of the original capacity which they could replace for $20. good customer service just crappy payouts i would not recommend sell your stuff on eBay i could of gotten $200 for it

other than phone connection issues they were helping me resolve my reimbursement issue to the fullest i appreciate Jay for having patience with me

It was really fast I filled some questions about my PC and they offered me the money then I printed a label from them and I put it in a box and after 3-5 they reached me by email and text asking for payment method so they can pay me to be honest everything was smooth and fast

This company is a scam. Quote was just $18. I sent my laptop after that they won't pay or communicate anymore. Be aware of this scammers.

Confused by the positive reviews on Trustpilot for this company as my experience was a complete scam. I received a decent evaluation on their website but when I sent the unit in it all changed drastically. 1) My first communication from them said that I had not shipped it even though it was by then in transit for 5 days which was easily verified. They finally figured it out two days later when it arrived. 2) The next communication was an email with a final evaluation far lower than what they had given initially. They gave three reasons for the lower evaluation that were ALL completely false. The first was that it no longer was under warranty even though it was less than a year since purchase AND it had an additional year extended warranty on it. Secondly, they described damage that it did not have. Thirdly, they claimed it had less than half battery life. So, they completely made up a bad evaluation to justify a very low price. After I objected, they increased my evaluation by a small amount. I had no choice really but to accept this. Very bad experience all around. I would not trust them at all.

This company cheats customers. They will give you a higher-than-average estimate and then will then claim that your laptop is defective and then cut the estimation by up to 80%. I sold a Lenovo laptop to them in 2023, for which they quoted me $175.00 but then offered me only $35 by claiming that the battery was defective with only 44% capacity remaining (among other things), even though other sites would give $70 even for damaged one of that model. This year I tried to trade in another laptop and this company still gave the highest quote. I was suspicious and did a battery report before I sent the laptop to them. They again claimed that the battery has only 44% battery capacity remaining (what a coincidence) and cut the estimate by two-thirds. However, the battery report I ran reported 75% capacity remaining. This time, I am glad that I have caught them lying outright!

Make sure you stay away from them. If you do want to give them a try, make sure you get a battery report before resetting your computer and sending your laptop to them.

seek service elsewhere, they buy your devices as cheap as they can, unless you fight with them to get what you deserve, then they turn around and sell these devices to consumers on other platforms like amazon or eBay for almost DOUBLE of what they offer to buy them for... AND PEOPLE BUY THEM. THEY WOULD NOT PROCESS MY PAYMENT UNLESS I TOOK MY FIRST REVIEW DOWN... DO YOU GET WHAT I AM SAYING?? nice try
