Disgusting the way they treat customers! Spent over £1500.00 in the Newington place and the one on Leith Walk within a 3 week period. Was verbally abused by a drunk customer and because I defended myself, I was asked to leave. Decided to go to the one on Leith Walk and from the first visit, the fat and bald Scottish guy was so rude and unwelcoming. Because I complained about him, I was told today that I am barred. It's quite laughable as the place is always empty and I hardly think they can afford to bar good paying customers. The 2 regulars they have that spend about £40.00 a week each would hardly pay the bill for the toilet paper!!!!!! Hope the close down soon........

This place everytime I come I never win.the staff always monitoring you.see how much you money in the machine.and take control by computer and by phone..the staff always rolling checking your machine and after that the machine never give..even you play a big amount nothing.you never win and machine give one time never again.

Horrendous. These machines are meant to be entertaining. 80 £1 spins. No feature and biggest win was £2. That's not entertaining that's daylight robbery. I've self excluded. Do yourself a favour. Go in and self exclude before playing at all. You will be onto a winner!

Staff are friendly and there is a good variety of games in my local branch. But wins are few and far between. I spun 60 times on the £1 spin machines and didn't win a single one, not even my pound back. The win rates seem incredibly low compared with the same machines in pubs or motorway service stations. This seems to be the case every time I go in. Maybe I'm just unlucky, or maybe their win rates are set much lower. Unsure if I will be returning.

This cashino is a pure scam there's a free spins club and to get the maximum a week u have to spend 2500 to receive 1pound spins at 25 spins so I did that I've done it every week and wagered low and had 25 p spins and 50 p spins the week I wagered the 4912 pounds they I messaged then to confirm my spins which they said would be credited between 10 and 3 pm today then I left chat and they emailed me saying due to corona virus we've now excluded u from promotions for the future I asked if they had removed everyone's promotions they said yes then I contacted them again to confirm this which then they said we review player by player and remove promotions so there u have it the minute u wager the max ammount for free spins club they remove ur promotions these casinos are a disgrace and should be shut down I'm fuming

I don't understand why this casino got such bad ratings. I normally play with William hill or sky Vegas who have gone awful since the Pandemic. I thought I'd try this casino after a recommendation from a good friend and i've had nothing but good wins & constantly hit the bonuses rounds on games! This casino also has great promotions! I won't be spending my money anywhere else!

Your sutton london branch is a joke, i visited there to use my matchplay to be turned away because the manager wasnt present to authorise it when they were authorising other members matchplays. They said that i apprently use multiple accounts when i only use one. Since the new manager took over the place has gone down hill i used to be a regular in the branch but not no more they are rude and watch your every move even if i use matchplays on games that you cant take out the money you put in only what you win. They watch when you claim your winnings. The branch needs to investigated as its disgusting how customers are treated i should not be made to feel uncomfortable considering when you visit these places it should be fun. Cashino you need to sort out your sutton branch.

Joke of a casino - won't accept my bank statement as proof of address, even though it has an address and dated transactions, purely because my bank (RBS) doesn't issue statements with a date at the top of the statement itself, only within the transaction information. Never had a problem with this before. Clearly the people who work for them have no common sense. I don't know how they expect me to magic up a special bank statement from my branch, which is produced especially for me.

Very good site very good customer service fast payouts was verified without having to send photos of id which was great only downside was there are none of the big brands like rainbow riches or Montezuma but the slots they have are different and good fun.

This 5 star is in comparison to 20 other casino sites Ive tried and yes they really are that bad.
Its 50/50 and you do get random big wins when playing with cash as well as the bonus unlike other casino sites where you only get big wins when playing the bonus.

I signed up and sent my verification documents and was verified in good time, chat helper was very good and the chat has an option to save your chat transcript which is good, I deposited with paysafevoucher but I checked before I did as some casinos make it hard for you to withdraw with paysafe not this site but all I had to do was send a screenshot of my account with the IBAN and BIC codes showing, so onto the games, lots to pick from my favourite games Netent are not there or Williams Interactive for Raging Rhino but having seen a review online for Magic Mirror i started with that, after a few spins I got a feature and it paid over 200/1 ! what a start I went on to get more big wins the Scientific games are good got a big win on Monopoly, Isoftbet games are not great and I did get ripped a bit by them, I took the sign up bonus and it is very good only 40 times the bonus which I managed tom play through with a a balance left of £1162 ! like I say I messed up by playing Basic Instinct as I was at £1550 and began playing that and it would just not pay at all I ended up on £5 a spin and got nothing, so once I got the bonus cleared I just took it out as I made a bit of a mess of things, my fault as I had played it earlier and seen the signs but for some reason went back to it ! grrrrr !!
