I don't know what to think about it first off I tried to claim free sc but no dice so I feel like I have wasted time even though

Make it make sense.
The variety of games is great, and it doesn’t take long to get in touch with a real person. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff seems to end. The minimum AND maximum redemption amount is $100, at least for me. I have spent plenty of time and money on this platform, so the $100 max makes no sense. I have at times waited upwards of four weeks for a redemption to go through. But the kicker is that while my redemption is processing, I can’t add any new redemptions, which means I can effectively only redeem $100 a month. I have $1000 of credit in my account and can’t redeem any of it. I’ve asked support about this issue multiple times, and they just say it’s the “payment provider” or “processing channels” and there’s nothing they can do. So I’ve given up. I’m waiting for the current $100 to go through (several weeks of waiting so far), and then I’ll redeem the rest $100 at a time. It will probably take a year, but I refuse to play through it and lose it like I’ve done before. Please figure it out, Cashoomo!!
