This company used to pay out fine last…
This company used to pay out fine last year like any social casino. However, starting in about February they started throttling people's accounts making us wait weeks for payouts. My most recent payout was 3/13 and has yet to be paid out. I charged back and left. Many of my friends had redemptions cancelled after a month and told they need to verify again. I would avoid this place at all costs. They have a redemption limit too. Anywhere from 100 to 400. But, if you get a big win. Good luck being paid out.

I've been trying to redeem for days
I've been trying to redeem for a number of days now. I went through the verification process, which took quite a while since they only asked for one piece of information each day rather than asking for and allowing me to upload everything they needed (ID, credit card, proof of address).
I finally completed this process and I still am unable to redeem. Just states "unable to redeem at this time".
I put in a ticket and waited for a response but never got one. I reached back out to the AI chat bot which said it thinks that the ticket somehow didn't get created and put in a new one. Now waiting to hear back on this new ticket which as hopefully been submitted.
I really like the games but I'm pretty disappointed at this lack of communication and my inability to redeem. Really hoping I can change this to a five-star and continue to use this site.

I have reached out through the live chat. I can only speak with an AI chat bot which is unable to transfer me to a live person. Two support tickets have been submitted but I have not received any response as of yet.

Unable to withdraw for $100
Have an available withdraw for $100. Every time I attempt to withdraw my winnings, they return it or it says winnings can't be processed at this time. I submitted the Sumsub verifications and followed up with email 3 times. No response. This sight is a scam.
