Approved my $1000 loan but had many issues throughout in which there communication is shocking dont expect a response as they won't email back and if you call they can barely speak English and are of no help... appreciate the approval but I just finished paying it back and definatly won't be using them again stay away!

I don't know about the rest of you esp those putting 1-2 Stars and all that. my experience with Cash Train was excellent. Remember like any short loan agents, you have to get your credit rating right. I had a couple of defaults in my file but I still got the short term loan that I was after. Remember its not a free money scheme! I read some comments elsewhere from folks complaining of Cash Train asking many questions. well if what you provided is too good to be true, and doesn't add up. what do you expect?
I had a very good experience with CT especially with the one in Goodna (QLD). give them a call if you have issues. you will talk to a real human (not robot/AI) within 5 mins maximum.

I found my experience with CashTrain to be friendly Professionally taken care of and understand why they ask so many questions I appreciate your small loan to me and it’s easy direct debits out of my account

Absolutely a waste of time always asking for more information which they already have. If they going to have several people doing one application then those several people need to read everything before asking for information given 3 times already. Absolutely discusting customer service.

This service is slow and time wasting , constantly asking for more information which is fine however do it at commencement , not worth the hassle for a small loan

I applied for a loan with cash train and didn’t finish it I didn’t even submit my income statement which is needed to process the loan application! Even know I didn’t finish the application they started taking out $25 from my bank account each week for 6 weeks before I noticed then when I called them about it they couldn’t not tell me anything as I never received the loan but am paying for it and they told me pay the last two payments and I can apply again I did this and they won’t approve my loan wtf steal my money and then then don’t help me court action it is

Thay are ripe offs scum bags do not borrow money from them there scams dishonest i will be repeating them to consumer affairs and financial obsman just been diagnosed with limpma cancer stage 3 there scams. Loan 250 paid 88 x2 and 339 over 400 dollars scum bags

These guys are useless. After 3 days still haven't got a response. I sent through my statements for the second time. I am worried they will sell my details to india

Appalling organisation who threatens and bullies you. They provided a fraudulent loan in my name and I am trying to fix it and they refuse. I have gone to AFCA and the ACCC for assistance but their compliance person is just awful. Shame on you cash train, the fraud you commit and the threats that you email to people.

Disgusting company. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Definitely give them a miss and there " give everyone a go" is so far from the truth. Wish I could give them no stars

Predatory lenders. They blatantly go against Australian consumer and finance laws, if you contact them and ask for a payment plan due to hardship they'll simply refuse. I have all proof which I will be taking further through the legal system.

Horrible company to deal with left me waiting two days the second being a Friday requested something at almost 5pm. I have always paid on time shouldn't treat customers like that.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO OR EVEN MINUS I WOULD. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HAVING YOU JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS FOR 3 DAYS GETTING STATEMENTS FOR EVERYTHING - QUESTIONING EVERY CENT THAT COMES IN OUR OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT - EVEN ASKED WHY I HAD WITHDRAWN $50 FROM AN ATM - WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I USED IT FOR!

Absolutely appalling service. They tried to scam me and blame me for money I didn't owe. And no matter how many times I explained on the phone and email that I disagreed with the conditions of the dishonour fees (because it was the company's actual fault), they ignored everything I had to say. They couldn't even paraphrase my assertions on the phone, because they're only focused on stealing money that I didn't owe! They also went back on their words a few times. They are absolute fraudsters.

In the end, I told them I'd pay the rest of my loan, and even offered to pay a $25 dishonour fee for a single payment I missed. They refused to accept my offer and tried to charge me extra money because apparently giving them four days notice that I'm changing bank account isn't enough time!

Zainab Glenroy Branch Cashtrain was fantastic and very helpful. She was so amazing in helping me out straight away and resolved my query.

PREDATORY LENDERS DO NOT USE THEY WILL JUST SCREW YOU OVER AND WASTE YOUR TIME

Worst loan place. They make you wait 2 - 3 days, ask you for more details and then just disapprove your application while your half way through getting extra details for them.
I recommend any other place than this.

I have spoken to various staff members from the cash train branch in cairns. Apparently that’s who was looking after my loan application which I applied online on the 12th of August. I felt like I had been lied to by multiple staff members from the cairns branch who kept telling me that some one from there office would call me. I have called them every day sometimes twice a day, same story as the previous staff member.Today is the 16th of August and no one from cash train has called me to let me know the outcome or the reason why. I am very upset and disappointed that I have wasted my time and phone calls trying to resolve this issue with my loan application. I will inform my friends and family members not to use cash train as they constantly lie and disrespect their customers. Ohh yeah they do not call you back when they say someone from our office is going to call you back. I do not know how they can run a business like that, I’m sure they must lose alot of business and customers. Ain’t that the truth. I have sent cash train an email asking them to cancel my application for the loan as I will take my business elsewhere.

5 days of waiting to be told to check emails for application updates that never arrived.
20 minute plus wait time in queues to be hung up on. this happened 4 times over the course of the final 2 days (3 of those times were in a row on the last day) so yeah, 60 mins of crap hold music for nothing. That was it for me. I abandoned the application and went elsewhere got hooked up in an hour. My lesson learned.
Company used to be good but is now TRASH. service is TRASH.
Save your time. ZERO STARS!

I applied for a $400 loan on a Tuesday and had to contact cashtrain on the following Monday with because of no decision on my application and was rejected on my loan.
