Horrible! Stay away from Extreme Casino. After I won, they stated my winnings were voided because I played progressive games, live dealer, or 777 games. I didn't play neither of those games, it does not allow you to play them in my area. I demanded my refund back, and can’t get that back because it is under $50. I don’t want to play on this scamming website. When casinos offer all these huge bonuses, don’t fall for it. It is a scam. What is so stupid, is that the games that are progressive, has it written on the game. So I don’t play them, it is easy to distinguish them. Now, they can say progressive when it is not listed. I received an email from casino extreme saying “75 spins on the house” “on us” so I clicked to claim it and entered the code given in email and it wouldn’t let me redeem it and referred me to support. I tell support and include a screenshot of the email and ask for help. His response: “there’s nothing that can be processed at this time” lol I told him that was hardly an answer and he didn’t respond again. I just left the chat. I am glad I never deposited with these people because they don’t give a toss about the emails they send or the promos they offer and apparently anything they say as fact is fluid and apt to change. Tells me they probably won’t pay out. They made me clear of an error then, made an exception, focusing on building a great relationship. They were fast, explained throughly and was very communicative.

They send me promotions that don't work, and when asked to honor them, they give a different b.s. reason each time. First, it was 'expired.' I told them I had like 10 of the same promo email, most recently from days ago.

Then, it was 'too high bonus to cash ratio.' lol........
I been told this every time I point out their failure to simply abide by promotion offers. They're full of sh*t. Either honor the 60% boost offer or refund my last deposit

So I signed up got a small welcome bonus with a max cashout of 50 no problem I played and hit not big but I reached my limit so I verified everything and made a initial verification deposit they required which they said could be immediately withdrawn (I am in contact with them throughout this process, emailing between each step and doing exactly what they say to do.) So my deposit reads pending for about 20 minutes so I email again like hey its confirmed what's the holdup they then responded telling me that pending deposits cannot be added to your balance until it is below 1.00. Wtf you just told me to deposit and I would be able to withdraw my deposit plus the 50 that is why I deposited that was supposed to be the last step according to YOU I am so sick of these shady casinos always lying and stealing from people I've had some bad experiences online but never have I been flat out deceived and lied to like that before you guys are crooks and I'm putting it everywhere on social. do not play here. I haven’t heard nothing but a good experience with extreme I would say I am a very low spending player but I still feel like I get to play often with the free rewards. I love the new rules bonuses and cash out was by far faster than any other platform that I have played with even with having to have verification completed first it was under six hours by the time my cash out hit my account, which is unheard of.
