Indecent company that does not keep promises. I have to dispose of my caso sound & cool loungetable because of a broken glass top. They promised me a new one free of charge in october. Had to remind them in december. By the end of january, they had received the shipment in return due a customs problem, and they did not inform me. I was promised to receive it in a few days. Nearly three weeks later, I was contacted by customs authorities claiming 80 euros in import taxes. This was agreed to be paid by Caso, but they did not stand by their promise of free of charge. As I have lost all and any trust in them, I told DHL to return it to Caso. My expensive loungetable is now useless. I will never deal or interact with Caso design again. 25% of original price is not free of charge. And the customer should be informed when a promised replacement is returned. Instead, they chose to ignore our appointment until I sent an inquiry. They clearly do not care about their customers.
Update: After receiving Caso's remarks to this review, my impression of them is strengthened. I find it apalling that they are suggesting my experience is not in accordance with the truth. The promise was made by October. I promptly notified them of the issue of import taxes, and received no objections. Two months later, nothing was sent. An additional month later, they claimed that a shipment was made, but did not bother to inform me that this shipment was returned to Caso due to "a customs issue." I was still promised delivery free of charge. Yet I received an invoice for 25% VAT. I asked the carrier to return the shipment, as I no longer trusted Caso, and I informed them of this. The carrier reached out and received guaranteed payment from Caso. I've asked for instructions on how to mount the glass top. They have not responded. It is all documented in the emails you've got. There is no distortion of actual events here. Ask your employee Herr Lauper to provide you with a copy of these. I find your claim utterly insulting! You may be keeping promises - but it is apparently required to remind you several times. ANnd I still haven't received any instructions of how to mount the glass top, although I distinctly inquired about it. I maintain my previous statement. You are not trustworthy, and you do no care about your customers!
