Too much bother for the agent to actually do their job!!!
I got a price through the website which I was happy with but decided to call and actually speak to an agent to get other options...she was as helpful as an umbrella with holes. When I asked her the benefits of booking through her instead of online as it was much cheaper for me to do myself online ...her reply was ' well you called me' mind blowing the rudness aswell as the attitude!!!

What i know i booked & what i got
I know I pressed the button on booking for a superior twin double...2 single beds. Once I paid what came up was a queen & sofa bed. I asked for this to be corrected & cassidy travel didn't oblige. I was happy with hospitality package & match arrangements , those were the highlights of our trip. We stayed an extra night at the same hotel, at out own cost, the accommodation mistake with Cassidy made our stay a little complicated
