I paid the admin fee for this and didn’t hear anything back about loans. I hounded them and they refunded my money after I threatened escalation to FOS and FCA. I got a refund but had to wait six months for it

I applied for a last minute loan for Christmas shopping which I got through a couple of days later..You do have to pay a fee for 49£ which I think is fair enough as I tried applying for weeks at other companies and always being declined...I don’t know why people complain about the fee, they are brokers not lenders and have to make their money somehow...it’s common sense...my auntie got accepted as well as was happy with their service...people that are complaining are just annoyed they didn’t get accepted in my opinion

i have just had a report from the FCA they have informed me the company should not charge any fees or admin fees for any accepting loans please stay away from this company if this happens to you.

It would appear that the previous reviewer below is referring to Castle Finance clone firms. When I contacted the real Castle Finance they informed me to stay away from clone firms and only use the real registered company. I have used the real Castle Finance twice now and been successful each time.
