A big shout out to Castle Finance for finding a 2k loan for me.

Castle assited me in getting a loan when I was refused elsewhere. When I first applied to them they warned me that their firm had been cloned so be careful not to use a clone firm. Can't thank them enough for all their help.

Today to say that this site ! Tried to take 49 pound from my account ! I didn’t allow this at all.. it’s site is all over the place gives false information and if some where on the site says we take your money to find you a Loan ! Make it CLEAR ! So we as customers can see it ! Sick of these

This firm tried their best for me under very very difficult circumstances.

I was just an modest customer who wanted a modest loan. I just wanted a £1000 and thank goodness Castle were able to assist me.

They have taken £79 Out my partners bank without him knowing ive sent numerous emails and had nothing back due to this corona we are short on money as it is and now even worse cause they took the last of his money which was gonna support us and our two children who are under 7 with food etc its bloody ridiculous we need that money back asap or we not going to beable to eat or nothin scamming people needs shutting down or burnt down

They too have taken money without my permission or without using the service. Fraud!!!!!!!! Unless I get a refund promptly I will be contacting FCA and watchdog!!!

It was a member of my close circle who drew my attention to this company. The rates were average, it all worked out for the best and I received the loan amount I applied for.

I'm well chuffed. Despite of my difficult circumstances they still managed to get me a loan.

The thing that impressed me most is the depth of loan products that was offered to me when I applied to them. Thanks for everything. A very helpful service.

Don't know how this company is still allowed to trade. Absolute thieving scumbags! Has anyone had a refund yet?? I was put in to financial difficulties when they stole £79 from me. Had no money for petrol to get to work so had to call sick which made me lose even more money! Its disgusting it really is!!!

I had a mammouth task finding a loan.My credit rating was bad and was being refused everywhere. I used castle for help. OK their rates were higher than a high street bank, but upon applying had quite a few loan offers. I know my credit was not perfect so i accepted the loan offer I was given.

Can't thank them enough for all their help in searching out a loan for me. Easy to use website a s well. I had their details passed onto me through a friend.

Took £79 out of my bank today and left me with no money for food for my family. I did not authorise this. I have not had a loan from this company or used their services which even if I did I would not agree to pay them £79. If they state it in their small print then it is very small print as i did not see it. No telephone number to contact them on just an enquiries email address. Fuming.

I'm still waiting. Not got a, loan or offer. Now, awaiting my £79 back.. To which they took without notifying me.. It left me short in the bank so I had a couple of direct debits bounce. Now got £30 in bank charges too.. Thanks a bunch Castle Finance Direct. You bunch of scammers

Hi there, can anyone help me out, they have approved my loan and when I recieved the email with the 4 attachments it tells me to click on "accept" but there is no accept button?
