We honestly cannot thank Lindsey and the team at Castle Green enough for all their help, support and guidance throughout the process of buying our new-build home.

From the very beginning, Lindsey has been absolutely fantastic. She has been friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive, always taking the time to answer our questions and help us through each stage of the process. Buying a new home can be quite daunting, especially when there are so many things to consider, but Lindsey has made the whole experience feel so much easier and less stressful.

What has really stood out to us is how genuinely helpful the whole Castle Green team have been. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever we have needed advice, clarification or reassurance, they have been there to help.

We have felt supported throughout the entire journey, from choosing our plot and making decisions about our new home through to the various stages leading up to completion. The level of communication and customer care has been exceptional.

It is clear that Lindsey genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in helping people achieve what is such a huge milestone — buying their new home. We have felt listened to, valued and looked after every step of the way.

We are absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Castle Green, particularly Lindsey and her team, to anyone considering buying a new-build property.

The team were extremely helpful with keeping us updated on the progress of the build of our house, and helped a lot with us moving in. This is our first house, and so we were unsure on the process, however the team explained it really thoroughly and helped us with it.

We’ve recently completed our new Castle Green home at Hawthorn Meadows, Buckley, and have been really impressed with the whole experience.

From the sales process onwards, the team have been helpful, professional and approachable. Laura was fantastic throughout the buying process. She was always available to answer questions, kept us updated and made the process much easier.

Steve, the Site Manager, and his team also deserve a special mention. They have been incredibly efficient, polite and helpful throughout the build and handover. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they clearly take pride in their work.

Most importantly, we’re really pleased with the quality of the build and the finish of the house. The attention to detail has been excellent, and the finished home looks and feels like a very high-quality new build.

There were a few delays during the build, which were frustrating at the time, but the team worked hard to get everything back on track.

We’re now moved in and genuinely very happy with our new home. A big thank you to Laura, Steve and the whole team at Castle Green Homes, Hawthorn Meadows. We’d happily recommend them to anyone considering buying a new home.

Very professional and beyond my expectations. Having never bought a new build, there was some level of anxiousness but I couldn't have been more wrong. From the initial viewing of the show homes to quickly dealing with a few minor niggles following my move, the service has been excellent.
