Fantastic service & excellent quality
I recently purchased a dining table from Castles Furniture and I'm very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend them for great furniture and service.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
From the first sighting of the furniture to the delivery our experience has been excellent. Despite a breakdown of communications ( Castles service provider fault) to the 3 piece having to be returned from the shop ( Wrong material noted by manager) we have been kept fully informed and still almost met the stated delivery time. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, we have recommended Castles to several of our friends

End to end experience
End to end experience, our in store experience was excellent, with great customer service, there was a bit of delay delivering our order, but communication was exceptional.
I have no complaints at all, would certainly go back, and certainly recommend.
