It was so nice to be able to go in the store and see before you buy. The staff are very polite and helpful. It was also good the delivery still went ahead as scheduled. I will go back again soon to see what new things are available. Excellent service all round.

Very helpful staff, very polite, furniture good value

We bought dining table set from castle recently. Quality of the product and the service provided from start of enquiry to delivery of product had been exemplary. They were very patience and thoughtful with our queries about the product. We selected Canterbury Grey dinning table with two benches and chairs. They had given us timeline for our delivery.
When they could not meet the timeline due to defective product (dinning table), for new table to arrive from manufacturer could have been another six weeks wait. They loaned us brand new Oxford solid oak table with our benches and chairs until we get what we had ordered. I salute them for their kind gesture, this day and age you can rarely find businesses who stand by their word, they always find excuses to shift the blame for the fault. You are a Gem.

We nearly drove past it! We went in just to have a look. We spoke to a lovely man called Tim who explained that each piece is solid wood, not chipboard alor MDF. We loved the fact that the showroom is laid out in room settings so you can see how it will look in a home. We found a lovely table and chairs. Not cheap, but the quality was amazing. We ordered 6 chairs and also 2 signs. We put a deposit and returned a week later to pay for the rest. All in all a really nice experience with no pressure to buy. There is something for everyone there from 10 seater tables to small signs. Go and have a look!
