Having Andy to speak to and being able to view so many products in the Caldicot showroom made all the difference and enabled us to find solutions for our tiny bathroom. Great products, great advice - very happy. Thoroughly recommend.

Sam at Castle Pontypool did a great job in the design and product selection for our toilet and bathroom refurb.
She listened to what we wanted and made some great suggestions to improve the layout we had in mind.
Everything was supplied to spec. and on time, a few small issues were resolved promptly.
Completed installation looks fantastic.

Within castle bathrooms in Bedwas I mostly dealt with Miranda. Miranda has been very welcoming each time I have stopped in while I was in the process of deciding what I wanted in my new bathroom.

Miranda digitally designed our bathroom and I’m happy to say she advised well and did not try to push more expensive products on my like other might. When I was happy with the design Miranda ordered it and it was delivered within a few days which is what I requested.

Miranda has been an excellent help at a time I didn’t know what I was doing or what I wanted. I have enjoyed seeking her advice and hope she is as truly valued as she should be.

Dealt with Ella at Caldicot branch. We needed to fully re-furbish and kit out an en-suite shower room. Excellent service including some great ideas to help us. Great choice of products as competitive prices. Good delivery service including holding products until needed.

Dealt with Miranda at Bedwas a couple of years back whilst having a new bathroom, returned last week to purchase items for a new en-suite. Once again exemplar service, I was so grateful for the guidance, help and support Miranda gave me, really understanding what I wanted to achieve for my project. Miranda is a credit to this company and I would certainly recommend anyone having a new bathroom or en-suite to pay her a visit :)

We are blown away by our new bathroom from the Cardiff branch. John’s design advice was superb and Gareth and Jack’s workmanship second to none. Always patient and flexible with us, no question we would use them again!

Dealt mostly with Andy and Ella( all other staff really helpful and nice as well )
Fab service , kept in contact whilst I was placing my order.
A few minor issues that the manufacturer caused which were sorted by the Caldicot branch effectively.
I would recommend to get all your bathroom needs from there.
And it’s local, quality really good.

Andy from the Caldicot shop was fantastic , very professional from listening to our needs and providing a superb design to ordering in the tiles and sanitary ware -easy stress free and a level of service that is rare nowadays . He even recommended a fitter who was excellent and now we are planning to update the second bathroom as the results were so impressive -cant recommend the Caldicot company highly enough and the first class service from Andy -THANK YOU

John and Tanith at the Cardiff showroom have been very helpful and informative throughout the design and ordering process. Just can’t wait for the installation to be complete so that the images become a reality

Miranda's expertise and knowledge in the Caerphilly branch of Castle Bathrooms made my experience of having a new bathroom designed and fitted extremely easy. The whole process, including recommending the fitters was problem free and easy. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and nicer than I imagined. Miranda is extremely professional and friendly. We have the oddest bathroom long and thin we were stuck as to what to do with it, Andy at Castle bathrooms was great with his design service and that meant we could see how the new design would look, and wealth of product knowledge to make sure the best items for the job went in. All in now, it looks amazing and has transformed on odd bathroom into a stunning bathroom. Impressed!

Andy (Caldicot showroom) is very knowledgeable and helped me design my bathroom (an awkward space). Andy answered all my questions (there was many) about what would be most suitable etc in terms of utilising space and best product fit. He also helped in finding alternative options to meet my budget.

I found Sam at Castle Bathrooms in Pontypool to be extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the products. Sam is very pleasant and polite and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. There is a good selection in the showroom and other staff that I met were also very helpful and courteous. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and took great care in offloading the supples. I would definitely recommend this company, and Sam in particular, to provide an excellent service. Thank you.

It’s a pity that I can’t give more than 5 stars to Miranda and the team at Castle Bathroom in Caerphilly, because there’s no more boxes to tick, my bathroom design has been going on for so long through a pandemic, Miranda has been there for us, Miranda helped so much with the design and what was available that went into our final bathroom that has now been completely transformed.
So a big thank you for your help and support.

Excellent service from Sam and team at Pontypool, from start to finish the design of bathroom, help choosing products, technical help with radiator, ongoing updates, communication and delivery first class. Highly recommended, Sam went out of her way to find the right products for us and counter team very helpful.
