Really helpful staff, thank you Emily at Cardiff for all of your advice. A great range of products and I was guided through my selections.

Couldn't be bothered to help us as they had some internal work going on. Despite having signs out encouraging customers to visit, told us they should have locked us out. Really poor interaction and absolutely no effort made to help us or find a solution.

I see there are plenty of positive reviews, but you have to speak as you find and for us they made it a completely wasted trip.

Excellent service and support from Andy. Good advice, insight and plenty of time to choose and review the products we eventually bought. The shower room looks fantastic and was good value for money - many thanks.

I engaged Castle to replace my bathroom and add a shower. The service was excellent and Andy visited our house and then designed a new bathroom which we loved. A local bathroom refurbisher, Mike Ralph fitted the bathroom and the result was amazing, stunning. The products are real quality and makes all the difference. The project went to plan with deliveries and fitment all as expected and all the guys were friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend these guys everytime. Saving up to replace the ensuite now!

Purchased our bathroom suite & tiles from Castle bathroom & tile centre recently. Excellent service from Andy who designed the bathroom, he was very helpful when choosing a design and matching decor. Andy was easy to chat to, I really appreciated all the help & advice he gave and the designs given to maximise the space available. Fabulous choice with tiles & bathroom suites, lots of choices available in the showroom with Competitive prices. I would highly recommend the service Andy gives and the quality of the bathroom suites.

To choose your new bathroom is a big consideration . I had saved for some considerable time and wanted to make sure I was buying the right thing and the best bathroom for my budget.
I can honestly say how much I would recommend Castle Bathroom & Tile Centre. Karl was brilliant when I visited the Caldicot showroom. He took time to walk around with me explaining the products and pricing.
I had already had a home visit where the bathroom had been measured and a plan illustrated for me.
The showroom is great, in actual fact I chose my tile selection from one that is on display. My bathroom has now been fitted and is complete. I am really delighted and a very happy customer.
