Used Catered Ski Chalets for the first time this year & had such fantastic customer service from Georgia & Kirstie. Most helpful in trying to find us suitable accommodation for 2 families with 2 toddlers. So looking forward to our Morzine trip in 8 weeks 🎿⛷❄️⛄️❄️😊

The service I received from Charlie Cornock and colleagues was excellent. Always helpful, friendly and efficient he was able to do thorough searches considering all our requirements and find us what looks like the ideal property for our family holiday next Easter. This is our first ski holiday and his patience with me was much appreciated! I would recommend to anyone.

Looked on line first and spoke with Georga via live chat. Wanted to go to france from either Exeter or Bristol. She couldn't find anything in mybudget from either but offered me southampton. As only a week away i took it although a little higher than stated budget. Georga answered my questions and was very helpfull and pleasent. She informed me holiday would be with ingams. After paying I cheched on ingams website for info on their Reps and offered ski leasons. As i typed in where we are going, along with the hotel i had just booked was another very simular same star rating, almost next door. This was cheaper and offered flights from Bristol. So why was I not offered this one?. Still I'm sure we will have a good time.

Called on a Saturday and left message regarding a potential chalet booking. Told that availability needed to be checked and that I would be called back. Charlie called me back on Monday morning first thing to say the chalet was not available but gave me options for alternatives. Found an excellent deal within a couple of hours. Telephone and email communication could not have been better and he displayed a very constructive approach to our (last minute) booking problem. Excellent service.

Couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a great deal on a Chalet at 9pm! Would definitely use again :)

Catered Ski Chalets- I feel like they always have my back when rushing to book my last minute ski holidays. They're always down to help me find a good rate, and always knock off a little bit from the ski operators if they can! Since they have access to the whole market they can search all deals. Always super friendly- thanks to Adam Newbold this year (Y)

Have just booked again for 2021! Excellent service from very knowledgeable, experienced and courteous staff. Won't be beaten on price and always offer fantastic value. In short Catered Ski Chalets do exactly what they say on the tin. Would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend, do give them a call.

Dealt with Su Collins who was set the impossible task of finding accommodation for 10 in a specific resort at very late notice in the school holidays, something I wasn't able to manage.

Su came back with several options fitting our criteria almost immediately and then we moved the goalposts ! Unfazed, Su came up trumps again and found us a great option . All now booked with no hassle . Highly recommended

Got a great deal, as I'm in australia we used live chat to list a few things we were looking for, recieved a list of possible places via email, then confirmed and booked via phone call.

We were struggling this year on where to go and keeping everyone in are group happy. Pete Ledger at Catered Ski Chalets was amazing, nothing was to much trouble even though we change location and dates more time than I care to remember! would definitely be my first choice for 2021's Ski Holiday!
