Just booked a skiing holiday with Kirstie and have been very impressed with Interactive Resorts. Kirstie was very helpful in listening to our wish list and helping us find the best holiday for our budget and requirements. As IR act as an agent they can find the best holiday which saves you trawling through all the various options out there. The booking process was easy and the Client Space is well organised. No hidden charges either. Would recommend.

We've just booked a holiday through Emily who was most helpful and patient with all my questions. I was most impressed that she had actually taken note of all my groups requests and found us a chalet that covered them all. Quite a mean feat I'd say! We can't wait to go on the holiday and feel very confident that we'll be able to leave as glowing a review on return as I am having only just booked. Thanks Emily :)

I booked a holiday for my 2 sons. They were going with 2 friends who had previously booked with your company but the hotel was full. I was first offered accomodation in the same village but at a much higher price. Then offered a different village at a similar price and finally offered a chalet across the road from their friends at a very similar price to theirs. The chalet was excellent and they had a great holiday. Just a shame Jasmine was reluctent to find the final accomodation without being told "same price same village or not going." I appears she just wanted to take easy way to book.

Just secured a last minute Easter Skiing Holiday for the family. I must say given the range of different ski companies and having talked to quite a few of them, that talking to Jack at Catered Chalets made it so much easier. I liked that he followed up with me and that nothing was too much trouble.

We have just booked our Ski Trip for next year to Alp D’Huez through Charlie who we found to be very helpful and informative. This made it much easier for us to choose the right resort etc for us. We would definitely use the company again and would happily recommend 👍⛷

Jack was super helpful from start to finish, and communicated really well with all members of the group. He found us some great options at great prices for our group ski holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Booking experience was great. Chalet was good value. Terrible experience in and out of Grenoble airport which seems common. No rep on the coach back which would have been helpful. Exceptionally long transfers, way longer than anticipated.

Had a rather large booking with different requirements and needs. Asked Emily countless questions throughout and she was always polite, informed and quick to respond. Would definitely book through Emily again!

Extremely efficient and very helpful. I was being helped by Rhian who was constantly in touch helping cater to our needs. None of the other companies I contacted provided such level of service.

Flora looked after us just perfectly! She even managed a little bit of detective work and linked our two independent enquiries together :) (myself and a friend started researching holidays to see what we could find) We ended up with the holiday we wanted at the best price around.

We are a group of 14 which can sometimes cause problems, but after speaking to Claire i soon realised nothing was too much trouble. I gave her a long list of our requirements & the chalets she shortlisted for us all met them!!
The chalet we've booked more than exceeds our specifics & booking was made very easy, would definetely recommend Claire & her team for group bookings, many thanks for your knowledge & patients.

I use Georgia to book my ski holidays through Interactive Resorts. She is patient, kind and very understanding of my ski holiday requirements as I go skiing by myself. She has picked me a fabulous resort with lots of blue and green runs right down into the village of Les Deux Alpes.
I am impressed with Interactive Resorts and especially Georgia as both go the extra mile to help me find great ski resorts and lovely catered chalets to stay in.

I’ve just booked our new year skiing holiday for my family of 5 and the first thing I wanted to do was write a review if one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in an indredibly long time! It’s been a dream for a few years to go skiing for NY and with the help and patience from both Jasmine and Georgia I can finally say we’re going and have never felt more confident about booking a holiday.
I feel totally assured that Jasmine and Giorgia have listened to all my requirements (and answered numerous questions!!!) and found me the best holiday for myself and young family!
It’s a big decision and there are so many resorts and accommodations to choose from and I couldn’t have asked for a more experienced and helpful service from both the girls - if this is the success I believe it to be I will be booking with you every year!

I was looking for an all inclusive package at a reasonable price. Georgia Greenwood sent me a number of options even though my requirements were very specific. Having reviewed other options from other companies, I felt the advice and options that Georgia had provided were better than any other and subsequently booked my march ski trip through her.

Really helpful! I opted to talk via email due to work commitments and Matthew Arrowsmith was there to help at all times. I had many questions to ask but he was not phased and replied with great detail.
