OK, I'm a first-time customer with CatSoft buying an upgrade Microsoft Office system for my older MacBook Air. The purchase was smooth, but my initial installation attempts were a disaster compounded by Microsoft's complex steps to accept the product keys etc. I was very disappointed, but CatSoft's service turned it around by providing quick installation links and step by step instructions to help this aging 'Boomer' get online. CatSoft's commitment to service is genuine. I highly recommend this company.
